**What do you like best about BookFor?**

BookFor has been useful in handling appointments of my hair salon since it is an extremely busy business. It makes it easier for them to book appointments at any time of the day; this relieves me of the responsibility of answering phone calls and removes scheduling confusion.

**What do you dislike about BookFor?**

BookFor currently has a limitation of not being able to set up a schedule for a group booking. This is rather disadvantageous to my salon since our clients often book appointments in group (for instance, bridesmaids for a wedding).

**What problems is BookFor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of BookFor, I have realized that appointment scheduling has become more efficient than before. Me and my clients like the ability to book online and the constant notifications helped to reduce the number of no-shows, which saves my time and my income as well.
