What do you like best?
BookerVille is an awesome start up platform. The customer service is great and they always get back to me right away. They are constantly evolving the software and adding new things. Once they can get 100% integrated with VRBO, FlipKey & other online rental sites they will be the best bang for your buck out there! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The auto-responder emails don't work through VRBO (they look all HTML and none of the links work). Also, clients can't simply click "reply" on the auto-responder emails.
You still need to use a 3rd party company, such as BookingPal, to link BookerVille to listing sites (VRBO, AirBnB, etc) which charge an additional fee. BookerVille needs to get fully integrated so we can take out the middle man already! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
