There isn't really a way to set it up to where only certain people get bookings for certain days/shifts. We also would love for there to be better training guides for bookeo so that training our staff on the software isn't quite so difficult. I also wish that it implemented blocks for when you are booking someone through bookeo directly. It had a complete system at the time of issuing detailed reports to see the performance of my business in real time or over time. This software is ideal for all types of business, which has allowed my business to grow. It is surprising how simple and fast to be able to manipulate well Bookeo, even this system has a very versatile reserve section I have ideal. This application has a set of functions that are key and that can be used in order to manage and organize your hosting business, or cars, allowing you to make reservations online as if it were an eCommerce page. All the features of Bookeo are easy to install and, generally, easy to use, thanks to its friendly interface and allows you to quickly understand what you want to do. Other things that I liked, is the ability to customize the look of the screen to my liking. This is certainly a great help, because it helps you streamline your work, allowing you to choose what is the first thing you want to see when you open the program. **What do you dislike about Bookeo Appointments?** There is not much to say about this, but if at times, this system can present certain flaws making the software a bit cumbersome to use it. When you edit the system's input tray, you can not put many things in it, as if there is a limit on the spacing of the screen elements. Also on certain occasions, when the software is performing its updates, it tends to take a long time, and delays the issuance of reports. You also get some errors, but all this happens after contacting the technical support people, who are very quick to manipulate the configuration and leave this software optimal. **Recommendations to others considering Bookeo Appointments:** I would definitely recommend this system for being very versatile and useful. The programs are Bookeo: Appointments, Classes and Courses and Activities. All these programs are easy to install and for the most part easy to use.What I liked very much about this is the ability to customize the way your screen looks. It gives you a lot of options. You can choose how you want to have the customer see when he logs on. They also let you make use of the common day technology, such as sending text alerts and also email, etc. **What do you dislike about Bookeo Appointments?** The only thing that I can say is the sometimes it can be a little cumbersome in finding things. There seems to be a screen calculated spacing limit of items on the screen. What it does is put things that are outside that limit on another screen.which will appear on another tab. Now it keeps good organization of this. The support is good if you need help. We have all the information you need. Classes and courses may be a different story. Alhough Bookeo can handle a lot, it can not do one simple task---show attendance.
