Bonzo is the all you can eat platform and what I mean by that is that it offers phone, text, video and email capabilities all in one platform. I made the switch from Jungo which was a bit too much for my taste. It is also nice that Bonzo intergrates with my POS/LOS system to pull data directly into Bonzo. The system also makes it easy to create new campaigns, pipeline views and has an AD manager as well. The price of all this is really reasonable and I think Bonzo should be on the top of the list when looking for a CRM. They are always listening and trying to improve the platform. I think support sometimes takes a while to respond or get answer. I do feel like some of the extra features should just be features that come with the monthly rate you are paying (for example pipelines). For users who are looking for a plug and play type CRM, they do have some pre-built campaigns but for the most part you will need to create your own or hire the bonzo team or an outside source.
