Bonzo is a full-suite marketing automation and CRM option for advisors and small businesses. We put the "Relationship" back into CRM with omni-channel and social media outreach. Text, Video, Call, Email, Social - do it all in Bonzo.

**What do you like best about bonzo?**

Very easy to navigate the system and one of the easier to use CRm

**What do you dislike about bonzo?**

no one will call you, even when you pay for services.  AE wont call you back or keep promises.  They nickel and dime small companies with the amount of prospect you can input

**What problems is bonzo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none
