BoardMaps is the only issue-centric software on the market that allows managers to raise issues and include them in meetings. Decisions are documented, monitored, and tracked through their implementation to ensure that desired outcomes are achieved. Assigning action items is a snap because BoardMaps transforms agenda items into action items and then tracks their progress. ## BoardMaps Reviews ### 1. Overall this platform has helped us in increasing the efficiency of our Board communication. **What do you dislike about BoardMaps?** Nothing to dislike so far. I think the product is headed in the right direction and they listen to customer feedback. **Recommendations to others considering BoardMaps:** I strongly suggest you take full advantage of the onboarding process. Boardmap team will help you to adopt the software much faster than you trying to do it on your own **What problems is BoardMaps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our Board members are often traveling, and the platform is a real helper when it comes to conducting meetings with a few members joining online. It has all the needed features like voting on issues, sharing documents before the meeting. The most important one is action items. It helps us in tracking progress and making sure that each meeting has clear outcomes. ### 2. The system helps focus on each agenda item and decision, and provides a way for us to add and track follow-up activities. Being able to generate the meeting minutes in BoardMaps based on our templates has also saved us a ton of time, and our members love that information from past meetings is available anytime they want to refer back to it. Everything is there and in one place. **What do you dislike about BoardMaps?** It took a little while to figure out all of the permission settings, but now it is working exactly as we hoped. **Recommendations to others considering BoardMaps:** We would recommend it to anyone who's considering the platform. **What problems is BoardMaps solving and how is that benefiting you?** BoardMaps has helped our meetings become more efficient from disseminating information before meetings, to scheduling follow-up items, and even generating minutes directly in the platform. Does not appear to be natively in english. **Recommendations to others considering BoardMaps:** Worth a try. Give them a call for a free 30 day trial instead of the website signup, which only provides a few days. **What problems is BoardMaps solving and how is that benefiting you?** Business organization and process priority. Many times, our internal meetings provide great insight and the beginning of a critical path, only to stumble once we walk outside the conference room on delegation, milestones and priority tasks to reach our project goals.
