What do you like best about BoardMaps?

What problems is BoardMaps solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Board members are often traveling, and the platform is a real helper when it comes to conducting meetings with a few members joining online. It has all the needed features like voting on issues, sharing documents before the meeting. The most important one is action items. "Meetings made easy!"

What do you like best about BoardMaps?

BoardMaps has helped our meetings become more efficient. The system helps focus on each agenda item and decision, and provides a way for us to add and track follow-up activities. Being able to generate the meeting minutes in BoardMaps based on our templates has also saved us a ton of time, and our members love that information from past meetings is available anytime they want to refer back to it. What do you like best about BoardMaps?

The BoardMaps process avoids unnecessary surprises and revelations that occur at subsequent meetings because of a lack of progress or negative progress in between meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Business organization and process priority. Many times, our internal meetings provide great insight and the beginning of a critical path, only to stumble once we walk outside the conference room on delegation, milestones and priority tasks to reach our project goals.
