**What do you like best about BnBChatbot?**

It's an AI powered chatbot which helps in bed and breakfast for clients and it's easier for the client to get a great user experience

**What do you dislike about BnBChatbot?**

I didn't like the security due to privacy concerns it saves our private information like contacts and all

**What problems is BnBChatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us as I work in Viva Holidays, it's a holiday-based company which helps in getting customers who want to book holidays so we use it for a better experience as they need in hotel
