**What do you like best about BlueJeans Telehealth?**

Easy to use, quite intuitive, can accomodate multiple meeting rooms. No back ground noise. Nice App support.

Don't have chat previous history when the call is dropped

**What problems is BlueJeans Telehealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Excellent, no need to commute and can consult doctors across the nation for that matter across world

**What do you like best about BlueJeans Telehealth?**

There is no need to download programs. It can be integrated into the electronic medical record. The platform offers examples of how to take advantage of the virtual consultation.

**What do you dislike about BlueJeans Telehealth?**

From the personal health-patient perspective, physical interaction is limited, and there are some circumstances where this interaction must be important. 
Technological support and internet connectivity are required. 
Although it has an affordable cost, it may require a significant investment to be implemented, which is important in small clinics with limited resources.

**What problems is BlueJeans Telehealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This application allows us to have access to high-quality medical care online, which avoids having to physically travel to the office, saving time and money, in addition to the flexibility of schedule.
