The product though complex has the power to really centralize the Design, sales, production, EDI, invoicing, returns...everything a garment manufacturer needs to run their business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The documentation is not as complete as it should be.
- Connectors often seem to be created for a specific customer, and then CGS appears to sell it as a completed product but then wants to charge you to do a modification to make the connector work as needed. I had this happen with the Shopify Connector and then with the NuOrder connector.
- The CSC product has been YEARS in trying to implement, even after paying for various modifications and then finding out other issues that do not work.
My team seems to constantly be in a place where we need to submit cases to CGS, and it just never ends. Always one issue after the other. We need to have someone dedicated to only supporting Blue Cherry internally, and this is not the way it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
