Another thing that I like is that there are multiple languages, so you don't worry about translating most instructions or error messages, saving you a lot of time. I also like the multiple ways to publish and share the form. You can embed on your website, share a link or open in a pop up window. The features are revealed when you need and it is easy to find. The surveys created by BlockSurvey, with conversation-style, are the closest to Typeform - look quite elegant and smart for those who do the survey. It is extremely convenient to see the outcome live in the Preview tab, right next to the Design tab. The analytics are neat, showing a graphical analysis of the survey results, making it very easy to analyse the outcome, what to do next etc. **What do you dislike about Block Survey?** I am not familiar with the log-in approach by secret key that BlockSurvey is using. Certainly it has its advantage (e.g. security). However it is very inconvenient. It is a very mature product. The UI/UX is also very clean. The team of Block Survey is awesome and are very responsive and listens to all feedback and suggestions. The user interface is logical and thoughtfully laid out, which further makes it easy to use. Secondly, it is feature-rich! There are plenty of form/survey tools out there, but this is by far one of the most feature-rich, from basic features to highly customisable features. This brings me to Block Survey's other strong points 'Customisability'. Apart from being feature-rich, it is highly customisable, you can brand it as per your needs and also send emails via your custom domain. **What do you dislike about Block Survey?** There is not much that I dislike about it but one of the things that can improve is the ability to create video surveys. Video is huge these days and the ability to capture video via the form/survey will add to its core value. For me, moving data to my CRM was a breeze, and I could selectively indicate the information I wish to pass on to the CRM, like emails/names and answers that matter as opposed to the entire review response.
