Most helpful is the very fast chat service. They even added a small new feature for me within the same working day!

The responsive and courteous customer service.

The absolute biggest win for our team is the zero-knowledge encryption architecture. In Germany, getting approval from our works council (Betriebsrat) for any new software is usually a months-long nightmare involving endless Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). With Block Survey, I literally bypassed all of that. Because the platform doesn't track IP addresses and we hold the decryption keys, I could guarantee 100% anonymity on day one. Beyond compliance, the integration workflow with our HRIS has been seamless. We set up automated triggers for lifecycle surveys (like onboarding and exit interviews) without ever passing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) into the survey tool itself. The UI is also incredibly lightweight; I didn't need to schedule training sessions for department heads. They just logged in and started building pulse surveys immediately.
