The form element options are both diverse and details. You have fine tuned control over elements and behaviors. The forms look sleek and you can choose from singe question, to traditional to conversational forms on the fly. You can even integrate things like payments. You can generate professional surveys and questionnaires in minutes. So simple to use. You can go from an idea for a survey to a polished survey ready to implement and deploy in minutes. They have awesome customer support through both online chat and Discord. They provide the option to add the surveys to the site via CNAME. Finally, they are always improving the platform. As a longtime customer, some of the newer security measures are blocked from me. I can understand the need for additional revenue but the customer's security should not be held ransom to the need for greater revenue. All customers should have access to the ability to protect and secure their accounts.
