Right now you have to go through several steps to login which makes it cumbersome. **What problems is Blackbaud School Website System solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the problem of communicating assignments and grades to students and parents. It's like having a silent partner in the background. **What do you dislike about Blackbaud School Website System?** Our biggest annoyance is that you can be in the middle of updating a page and you will get logged out. No warning, no time to save your work. All that time gone. The interface is not as elegant as our previous system, but that's the trade off to having full integration. **What problems is Blackbaud School Website System solving and how is that benefiting you?** The office is leanly staffed. Having multiple departments own their sections and having that feed into the website via widgets is a time saver. ### 3. I am often more impressed with other schools' BB website than our own, and I don't know whether that's a function of their BB designers or our limitations. **What do you dislike about Blackbaud School Website System?** I dislike the length of time it takes to complete this process. We began these conversations months ago and are just now preparing for a launch. We scheduled our launch for next week, but our BB person is taking time off and won't be able to make it happen.
