**What do you like best about Black Pearl?**

I like that Black Pearl generates leads legitimately and does it ethically, which is a big reason why I decided to do business with them.

**What do you dislike about Black Pearl?**

I really wish they would show us a better way to set our account up and make it much easier or seamless in being able to grab the leads and put them into the different funnel systems. It was a little bit difficult, and it would be really nice to have a more hands-on approach at the beginning so we fully understand how the system works to our advantage.

**What problems is Black Pearl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Black Pearl to provide a source of lead generation for our clients.

**What do you like best about Black Pearl?**

Not much.  the service is overpriced and customer support is extremely lacking

**What do you dislike about Black Pearl?**

Pretty much everything - overpaid and they didnt deliver to what they promised.  Dealing with customer service was hugely disappointing

**What do you like best about Black Pearl?**

It was easy to setup and functionally was ok. Easy to create multiple email signature templates

**What do you dislike about Black Pearl?**

Not flexible enough for adding sales campaigns not enough apps options like quotes, custom signature line or links

**What problems is Black Pearl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my need to create a signature with a clickable link and track clicks
