**What do you like best about Black Ice CRM?**

One of best CRM system in market which is designed to meet the needs of any size company and features offline campaign management and a simplified customer view. You can track sales reports, marketing automation using this system.  High level of User Interface makes it look and feel very professional.

**What do you dislike about Black Ice CRM?**

The only problem I see is it's slowness. Though it's a heavy CRM system which manage and track all the activity related to Leads but it's a bit slow system. Not perform good under Low network area. Also it's not of free of cost but they provide few days of trail.

**Recommendations to others considering Black Ice CRM:**

if you planning about the email marketing campaign as well as for CRM management this is the tool that helps you a lot. Please go for this.

**What problems is Black Ice CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's manage our sales records. Track every status of interaction right from the lead generation to order confirmation. One system to handle all our business needs centrally as it cloud based system.
