Rich of features. They can have Qr Codes and URL shorteners all in one place so I can share URL easily to my audiences. Their analytics also good. The features of interoperability, and integration a lot of third-party apps also help me. I like the chrome extension and the Zapier integration makes me can connect to my google spreadsheet and helps me much to manage all campaigns in one sheet. When I really want authority, I can connect my own domain name with their Branded links features. And when I do not use much of their service, I can only pay for what I just need and then can upgrade my plan when I Want to use it more. The routing features to route clicks by date, time, language location and gadgets. They also have very complete documentation knowledge base on their site, I even don't need to contact their support, even it's so easy to chat with them. But they already have it all, each resources is easy to read, with screenshots. They have the getting started knowledge bases too **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** it's beginning to offer higher price limit, some features is not necessary. Looks fancy but still nice. The team appreciates the user-friendly way we can create links, track usage, and create QR codes, and it is all in one place. Being able to add our own domains and make our online user experience more succinct. The pricing is great and we are getting great value for the dollars spent on Bl.ink. It took very little time to set up and get running, and we've had zero problems since day one. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** We have not experienced a downside as of yet. Changing an existing link has worked great, and QR codes have been working every time. We are plased. **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shortening complicated links. Being able to include a link in promotional materials that we can change once the link is created. I initially used it because I needed a link shortener for my funnels and social posts. And it has worked GREAT for that. But it also provides an option to tag your short links and even a QR code. The analytics are also helpful in tracking traffic. Finally, they even allow you to do a full export of all of your links. I cannot recommend BL.INK enough, it is AMAZING. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** I do not love the mobile app. It is not terrible but it is not great UX. Also is there a way to get biometric login? I consistently have issues getting logged in. Other than these two relatively small issues I love your service! **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shortening links to make it easy to direct prospects and customers to the information they need. The flexibility to create both static and dynamic branded links is also great. Adding domains to BL.INK is easy and quick. We use it for a bunch of links we share with customers on a regular basis, including our remote support tool. "You to use the filter, hit enter, the browser loads but nothing happens. Ok, one extra clic every time I need to do something. " There's a lot of configurations that are not accesable, and there's no documentation if it's possible or not. Typically, needs for QR codes are on an urgent basis and the BL.INK site allows for creation and exporting of files within minutes, which makes everyone happy. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** I would like to see the ability to export different types of files as well as design/manipulate the creation of the QR code file, itself. We could (and you too) do our own shortener, but you'll spend hours on basic analytics, like time of click. Has occasional but rare downtime but am assured clicks still get through even if reporting is delayed, but this is rare. I'm actually beginning to use bl.ink links everywhere for tracking comms as the interface is so easy to see what's happening anywhere. And the branded links are great. Definitely recommended. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** I often times wonder about the accuracy of data.. 12,000 clicks from 200 uniques? How is that possible? It's not. Occasional down times, at least on the dashboard side. But clicks and data all still get through (we believe). And the iP addresses sometimes dont make sense. But we'll figure it out. there survey software needs an n/a when rating individual aspects of feature/functionality! No other service I could find at the time was as economical, flexible or simple as BL.INK. One of my considerations was that free URL shortening services I had used in the past either disappeared or changed their offering in some way. I have been happy with BL.INK's reliable service. I have had some link redirects running through the platform without issues since 2019. I use BL.INK links to embed links in blog posts that can be changed to new products without worrying they will go stale or break. I set up links for brand ambassadors to use so I can track clicks and conversions back to the amabassador who should be given credit, no matter where they place the link. Recently I'm using branded BL.INK URLs to link to long URL destinations from SMS messages It is very straightforward to set links up and manage them. The analytics are useful. I don't use all the functions and tools available, but the ones I do use meet my needs well. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** Not much of a downside, but getting the DNS settings right when I first set up my domain was a pain. It seemed to be a simple enough process, but the domain didn't work as expected from the documentation. It was a while ago so I don't remember too many specifics, but in any case the BL.INK support people were very helpful in figuring out the issue and getting things running. **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** BL.INK makes it easy to set up shortened URLS with my brand domain, instead of a generic one or a provider's brand domain. So often in the past with other branded URL platforms there hasn't been the ability to add notes - which has meant some branded URL's aren't available even though they were in use years ago! It's great for tracking purposes and consistency. My other favourite thing is the QR code creator. Downloads in multiple file types, making it easy for designers to do their thing. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** At least on my account, if you haven't signed in for 35 days your account gets locked. This means I have to reach out to an admin to reset my password from their end - a bit of a pain! **What problems is BL.INK solving and how is that benefiting you?** BL.INK is solving hiding long UTM tagged urls for us, so that we can use a clean and branded URL across marketing and digital assets such as SMS, eDM, OOH and even staff training. The function of adding notes also is helping us to determine which branded URL's are no longer in use, and updating the URL behind the branded URL to work for the latest campaigns. Ease of use is a key factor. **What do you dislike about BL.INK?** Password gets reset every so often, which is very inconvenient.
