It's more important for helpful long winded tasks.

**What do you dislike about BKONECT Solutions?**

I just like the password authentication portion of it. It seems that it was a little too difficult when dealing with password retrieval..

**Recommendations to others considering BKONECT Solutions:**

I think it's a great solution for any business, it has worked great for mortgage business. But it is definitely helpful towards people with large payments per month as a solution..

**What problems is BKONECT Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed me to pay for my mortgage every single month, because the technology is being used for mortgage holders, and it was a great experience, and allowed me to pay online where the company traditionally was unable to take payments any other way.

We were looking for ways to more efficiently set up our Salesforce so we could spend more time selling and less time on admin.

Their team are so easy to work with, helpful and efficient.

**What do you dislike about BKONECT Solutions?**

With any CRM, people always have their personal preferences and this took a little getting use to but in the end everything was great.

Have your objectives and ideas clear from the start and everything will go very smoothly.

**What problems is BKONECT Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a simple and clean dashboard and a lot of our tasks that were manual are now automated. We've saved tons of time.
