BizPAD Online Management System is an online project management software and collaboration tool. It features manages projects, replaces e-mail, and stores company knowledge.

**What do you like best about BizPAD?**

Since I signed up for BizPAD Online Management System my experience has been very frustrating with this service.

**What do you dislike about BizPAD?**

The user interface is very badly designed and unusable. Its very hard to navigate and there is no thought put on making the user enjoy using the service. The user support is not helpful and they respond way too late. Most of the buttons do not work or are not labelled correctly. The web app is not responsive on mobile devices. Notifications are only available via email and there is no mobile application. The plans are very expensive with very little to offer.

**Recommendations to others considering BizPAD:**

I don't recommend BizPAD Online Management System

**What problems is BizPAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used BizPad Online Management System to manage our projects but the experience was not that good and we did not benefit from BizPAD Online Management System.
