**What do you like best about Billflow?**

The product enables self-services.
Availability of reliable customer support services and multichannel support.
The software drives both compliance and adaptability.
Software usability and cost effectiveness.
It provides a platform where customers can follow their orders, make payments and confirm their goods arrive.
Practicality and effectiveness in terms of tracking of orders.
Customization and integration with payments softwares and dispatch management products.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

The product has unlimited implementation and minimum manageable operational issues. I cannot complain it has served us to satisfaction.

**What problems is Billflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use of the product has enabled automation of payments processes and order management.
Customers can access all their invoices by digital means and verify them before making 
payments.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

Billflow is difficult to use. The interface is less user friendly making it difficult to navigate and handle all my billing tasks. The automated payment reminders need to be a lifesaver, consuming me time and not ensuring transactions.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

The analytics and reporting features that provide poor insights into my business finance. Billflow has made my billing operations difficult.  Billflow provides some features. There are some areas that I find disappointing.

**What problems is Billflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The user interface lacks intuitiveness. It is confusing to navigate at times. The customer support response time is slow and unresponsive which is frustrating when trying to resolve issues. Compared to software options the pricing plans of Billflow are on the higher side.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

The hectic nature of Billflow is not well. It's is difficult to navigate which makes managing my billing and invoicing processes hectic for me. The non customizable features are not allowing me to tailor the system to fit my business needs.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

The support is not exceptional. Needss to always prompt in their responses and ready to assist. With Billflow I am unable to stay on top of my finances while focusing on growing my business.

**What problems is Billflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does have some limitations in terms of customization options and integration, with popular software. Its reporting capabilities are somewhat limited. Its interface needs to be more user friendly making navigation a bit difficult at times.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

I like how we were able to add multiple types of cards for clients to conveniently pay for or process a payment quickly.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

I have had no issues with the Billflow checkout program. I would use it for every online transaction.

**What problems is Billflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast and very convenient payment processing and money transfer to the bank account is always timely and very secure.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

It requires pretty no much work to set it up. I love its versatility and the ability to customize every detail of the payment page.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

It is not easy to view a large list of emails because of how the columns are displayed.

Introduced online payment gateways for our company for free.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

I can create any kind of subscription, with any recurring period and I can even include free trials.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

Some notifications delay especially for the automatically cancelled subscriptions.

**What problems is Billflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily create a link with payment options & invoice for customers to pay with almost any type of payment.

Easy to set up and start accepting payments. My experience getting started and dealing with support was positive.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

Setting up coupons could be a more straightforward process.

We have processed payments from thousands of customers and the experience has been very pleasant.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

Best tool with great user interface with less coding. This tool help us to automate the sign up of our users. As this tool is fully automated and user-friendly, this helped us to save a lot of time and cost involved in development.

Till now we don't see any issues in Billflow and it is serving our purpose and we are very much happy with the product.

As Billflow is very user friendly and also it is automated, which helped us to save time in coding and development. Completly automated tool which helped me with subscription Management.

Its incredibly user friendly and intuitive. The cost is definitely worth it considering the high quality product. The team behind it is very responsive.

Pricing structures and rebilling systems are a bit complex. Managing and updating customer subscriptions sometimes gets confusing.

Billflow has truly solved our billing and subscription management problems.The exceptional customer service they provide guarantees resolution of any concerns or inquiries.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

We're using Billflow to automate the sign-up of our users and to show the customer portal into our web app. The integration with our Stripe products was straightforward; the excellent user experience clearly shows you every step. Thanks to Billflow, we saved a lot of development time, and our marketing team can change pricing and plans without the need to interact with the development team.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

There is space for improvements, but we are in love with Billflow right now!

Helped eliminate coding we would have had to do for checkout, billing history, invoices, change of credit card... Customer support is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

I suppose I could gripe about the cost, but you pay for what you get - it seems like a solid product.

**What problems is Billflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, the elimination of code we would have had to implement to interface with stripe directly - this was a big time saver.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

Very helpful when I got stuck with implementation in Bubble. Well worth the money if you don't want to get caught up in creating your own subscription and pricing portals for your customers.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

In my mind there is a slight issue witht he way service bot integrates with bubble. I think that there should be a way for bubble users to specify a servicebot app id for test and live versions of the site. currently the app ID is entered into the Config JSON field in the bubble element and this means that when you send your bubble app live you need to manually update the aapp ID int he bubble element before going live or your live subscriptions end up in your stripe test data. If the bubble elements can be re-designed to allow us to enter both App IDs into the plugin settings to then have the plugin choose which ID to use on the fly based on wether the app has launched a test session or not would be a lot more robust.

**What problems is Billflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Servicebot has saved me wasting time on trying to create my own interface for users to connect to stripe. The plugin allows me to easily expose prcing and subscription portals in my bubble app without having to design functionality to deal with customers changing plans or signing up. Servicebot has saved me time and allows me to only have to pick up the events that I need the app to worry about for it to function properly. I haven't had to worry about the logic needed for a fully functional subscription/pricing portal.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

It is very easy to use and integrates directly with Stripe. I wanted to add Stripe's SaaS product into our website but wasn't too sure how to integrate with the code. This product is a plug and play which sits above Stripe and made it super easy for me to integrate the products I set up in Stripe into my website!

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

Nothing. It was super easy & friendly to use.

**What problems is Billflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems so far. It's been great just to insert pricing fast rather than have to figure out how to add the code to a site that I have already crated.

**What do you like best about Billflow?**

This is my first review on g2, and one of the very few I've written so far. I was looking for a very flexible solution for a secure pricing table and checkout process for the services my company and I offer.  Having looked at several solutions, I came across this one and it definitely does the trick. Servicebot is very customizable, but what prompted me to write this review is the fact that my developer and I had some questions. I used the live chat function on their homepage and Kevin answered in about 2 minutes, offered to jump on a call with us and sent us a link (all in approx. 5 minutes). Not only was Kevin on the call, but (I assume) his lead dev as well and they quickly answered all our questions. We had some special requests for designing the pricing tables and after our call, my dev was able to already test and confirm that it works.

An absolute 10/10 for support!!

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

I think the only caveat with this tool (at time of writing) is that if you want to do some more advanced stuff you need to have a dev involved. But you can't have ultimate flexibility and all drag and drop in the same tool. I'm sure they will bring in more non-dev-proof functionality in the near future

**Recommendations to others considering Billflow:**

This is definitely an awesome product and the team behind is very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. If you need fancy layouts or modifications, you may need a dev to help you out (depends on your skillset). In any case, the guys at servicebot will help you out.

**What problems is Billflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves a huge problem for us: making money. :) We could not find a decent and flexible solution for our needs. I was already discussing a custom solution with my dev, but given the security required with payment processing I was a bit hesitant. Servicebot solved this for us and saved us a ton money, time and testing. Their pricing model is also very interesting and I wish more companies had these kind of structures (no cost while in test and setup, low costs during low mrr). Very fair.

Very straightforward tool that is easy to implement and use. Makes getting a saas subscription app easy to get up and running. It works.

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

You need development skills or a develop to integrate it into an app. Although they are releasing a Wordpress plugin which might make a developer unnecessary. 

**Recommendations to others considering Billflow:**

Try it out.

Registration, login and subscription management. It's helped me implement an app without needing to get involved with subscription management. It's also let me easily update pricing plans.

The setup process I found a big complicated not being a programmer but their support was excellent which made going live a painless process.  

**What do you dislike about Billflow?**

Video tutorials for implementation would be helpful.

Complex pricing structures and rebilling which their CC on file in the Stripe dashboard.
