Having hosted multiple websites for some time, this reviewer finds the uptime and website speeds impressive, along with a knowledgeable support team. The abundance of features can be overwhelming at first, though it is ultimately a positive aspect.
View Full ReviewI appreciated how easily BigCloudy migrated my six sites, including two WooCommerce sites, without downtime and with proper verification. I like their 24/7 support; they resolve my queries smoothly within the specified time. I also found their pricing competitive and appreciated the human support. The servers are fast, stable, and work without any glitches with Python-based websites. Their co-operative support team made setting up and running my site simple, and the site's performance has been very reliable so far.
