Big Think+ has been a valuable addition to our learning and development offering. What I like best is the wide range of content available, covering a broad spectrum of business and professional development topics. The continuous rollout of new content is another major strength, as it keeps learners engaged and ensures the platform remains aligned with evolving industry trends and current workplace needs. There is nothing in particular that I dislike about Big Think+. As a constructive suggestion, I believe the platform could benefit from a brief learner overview or guided introduction on the home page to help new users become familiar with the platform more quickly. While Big Think+ already provides onboarding resources that organizations can share internally with learners, having this guidance readily available within the platform itself could further enhance the user experience and support learner adoption. I like that the content is actually given by professionals in their own field. While some of them are celebrities, it's way more focused on having experts in the field, which is a big differentiator as well, and one of the main reasons we picked them. I really appreciate their support; I meet with the team almost monthly, and they provide suggestions, help, and ideas. They're always asking how they can make sure that we're integrating the platform even more at our company. It's easier for team members to trust the content when they know that the experts have experienced what they're speaking about. They are very good at giving real-life ideas and letting you know how to use the concepts they're teaching in your field. One of the best features is that you can print out guides that go through how you can teach the lesson to your team or further look at the lesson for yourself, which is golden.
