**What do you like best about Bidddy?**

The Bidddy team is very professional and has excellent energy. They are easy to work with and accommodating to the vision that you are trying to execute. They help you along every step and work to make your experience the best it can be.

**What do you dislike about Bidddy?**

The platform still has a little bit of work needed. It is not fully self-service just yet, but I believe they have the right vision for the business and are well on their way there.

**What problems is Bidddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are greatly improving our ability to generate leads. Using their software drives engagement on our socials through the roof when coupled with a good marketing campaign. We see sustained growth in our engagement post-campaign, which drives more traffic to our site.

**What do you like best about Bidddy?**

I like how quick and easy the Bidddy system is. The most helpful feature is the QuickStart Plus. It takes me less than 5 minutes to set up bids (I typically do 15-25 at a time).  All I have to do is copy and paste the item's code to my comments and Bidddy takes care of the rest! I used to spend hours responding to bid comments on my Instagram shop. Bidddy's autobid system has given me all that time back, allowing me to do other productive things for my company.

**What do you dislike about Bidddy?**

I have been using Bidddy for awhile now and anytime I've had a problem with a specific feature, they fixed it immediately. Their customer service is 10/10.  I can honestly say that there is nothing I dislike.

**What problems is Bidddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bidddy has solved a time management issue. I'm able to focus on the growth of my company now that I have time to be more productive.
