The Bidddy team is very professional and has excellent energy. They are easy to work with and accommodating to the vision that you are trying to execute. The platform still has a little bit of work needed. It is not fully self-service just yet, but I believe they have the right vision for the business and are well on their way there. Using their software drives engagement on our socials through the roof when coupled with a good marketing campaign. I like how quick and easy the Bidddy system is. The most helpful feature is the QuickStart Plus. It takes me less than 5 minutes to set up bids (I typically do 15-25 at a time). All I have to do is copy and paste the item's code to my comments and Bidddy takes care of the rest! I used to spend hours responding to bid comments on my Instagram shop. I have been using Bidddy for awhile now and anytime I've had a problem with a specific feature, they fixed it immediately. Their customer service is 10/10.
