**What do you like best about Bid Beacon?**

Uploading auction items was fairly easy.  It was nice that I could assign multiple people to be administrators of the raffle.

**What do you dislike about Bid Beacon?**

The size of the photo for the raffle items was small.  It would have been nicer if they were larger photos. I don't like how you're restricted to having a maximum number of bidders then have to pay to have additional people bid (or remove potential bidders).

**Recommendations to others considering Bid Beacon:**

BidBeacon met a lot of our needs for running an online auction.  It was certainly less work than previous auctions that we ran through Facebook Events.  It was great that they handled all of the payment for us, and bidding was kept anonymous.

**What problems is Bid Beacon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had previously run a raffle through Facebook which was a nightmare with spammers trying to spoof the payment process.  This platform allows us to verify that bidders are real people and payment is handled online rather than in person.  It was a lot less work for us which is nice.
