What do you like best about BetterUnite?

Better Unite has listened to the leaders in this industry and have really created a fundraising software that is well rounded and easy to use. Not only does it have everything needed to host a successful fundraiser but it is fairly priced for my clients and their support team is unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BetterUnite?

What do you like best about BetterUnite?

I appreciate BetterUnite for its straightforward setup process. Despite the learning curve that comes with any new system, BetterUnite was intuitive, with everything labeled correctly, unlike our experience with other platforms. This ease of use is crucial for nonprofit management, making it simple for me to explain to my bosses. I also value how BetterUnite consolidates various functions into one cohesive platform, making it remarkably easy to manage volunteers, donors, and events. The donor relations and communications features, along with volunteer sign-ups, are particularly beneficial and highlight the simplicity and user-friendly design of BetterUnite. The platform eliminates the need for understanding complex terminologies, which was a challenge on previous platforms like Donor Perfect. What do you dislike about BetterUnite?

I dislike the volunteer sign-up feature because the dates and times don't show up, making it challenging to manage and coordinate volunteers effectively. Additionally, I think there is room for improvement in the volunteer interactions and communications, as they are not as streamlined as they could be for optimal efficiency.
