BetterSTR Reviews & Product Details

BetterSTR helps short-term rental hosts and property managers create better guest experiences, automate repetitive tasks, and generate more revenue from every stay. Our platform brings together many of the tools normally provided by separate services into one easy-to-use solution. BetterSTR includes digital guest guidebooks, hotel-style TV welcome screens, in-property digital companion tablets, WiFi captive portals, guest messaging, upsells, security deposit holds, ID verification, email and phone verification, review collection, local recommendations, activities and more. BetterSTR TV transforms compatible Android TV devices into a personalised hotel-style experience. Guests can be welcomed by name, access property information and WiFi details, view weather and local activities, purchase extras, access approved streaming apps and find everything they need for their stay directly from the television. Our digital guidebooks and companion tablets provide guests with check-in information, house rules, appliance instructions, local recommendations and other important property information, helping reduce repetitive questions for hosts and property managers. BetterSTR integrates with a growing range of property management systems, allowing reservation and guest information to automatically flow into our services. We believe great guest technology shouldn't have to be expensive. That's why BetterSTR offers a generous free tier with no credit card required. Hosts can use our free services for as long as they like, then add individual premium features or upgrade to a bundled plan if and when they need more. Whether you manage one short-term rental or thousands of properties, BetterSTR is designed to help you automate the guest journey while delivering a more professional, memorable stay.
