Since using BERA I am able to envision brand equity from various industries and identify primary factors for expansion. What do you like best about BERA?

At DISH, I have used BERA for OnTech, Boost, and other lines of business. There is an extensive selection of brands and industries. I also find value in that BERA is more forward-looking, while a lot of other brand health tracking is backward or point in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BERA?

Nothing really. The biggest challenge we sometimes have is to teach people the methodology and how that ties into business outcomes. What do you like best about BERA?

I use the Love Curve feature almost every day. There are so many features within the BERA platform, and they just came out with a new interface that looks extremely good, and I'm excited to dive into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BERA?

I would love it if the export function didn't just give you an excel file of the raw data but also provided the graphs, charts, etc., that we find helpful when pitching clients. It's a small thing, but everyone loves the visualization and being able to export that and not have to recreate the charts myself would save me a ton of time. BERA's platform is intuitive and highly visual, which helps clients better understand the insights they're receiving. Rather than raw data exports, I would like the visual elements to be exportable. Currently, we take screenshots of the Love Curve, Engagement Segment Sizes, etc. and I would prefer a cleaner way for the visual dashboard to be added to slides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
