**What do you like best about BERA?**

Since using BERA I am able to envision brand equity from various industries and identify primary factors for expansion. One of the best features increases the realism of about 100+ metrics that this platform offers to enhance its understanding by tracking them in real-time.

**What do you dislike about BERA?**

Data transfer from BERA to the company’s internal platforms is manual thus sometimes time consuming and is can be susceptible to errors. Such integration would improve the accuracy of the data collected as well as the efficiency of operations.

**What problems is BERA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With BERA I have amEndPoint about my brand strategy decisions and the guesswork is no more since it offers the insights of brand equity. This enables me to accurately find the possible audience and determine its positioning with adequate certainty.

**What do you like best about BERA?**

BERA has an overwhelming amount of consumer data. Looking at trends from over 4,000 brands across industries gives a big-picture view on brand performance. It is useful for recognizing general trends at the market and the position of its members.

**What do you dislike about BERA?**

BERA is superior in its collecting data, it lacks the ability to provide a range as well as customized options.This makes it difficult to perform recommendations based on BERA’s outcomes and generalize them to the targeted niche market segment.

**What problems is BERA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BERA is useful for the first stage of brand performance evaluation. It is a good starting point to understand the attitudes of the consumer and which opportunities can be explored.

**What do you like best about BERA?**

BERA has really helped us shape our marketing spends and strategize our plans effectively. The insights and their expert team has given us a great understanding.

**What do you dislike about BERA?**

At first i was really finding it difficult to find ways  to operate and get in touch but once i got hold it was very easy.

**What problems is BERA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us in providing a deeper understanding of brand insights and performance metrics across various verticals. Also helped us prepare a road map for the future. Streamlined our processes.

BERA is the best company and Top most in the current demanding technologies and I been frequency of use this product.

As of now nothing to dislike as it a best company and which servers many products in the marketing. there are many number of features to like.

It is ease of use for every user and good brand in the demanding situation.

**What do you like best about BERA?**

At DISH, I have used BERA for OnTech, Boost, and other lines of business. There is an extensive selection of brands and industries. I also find value in that BERA is more forward-looking, while a lot of other brand health tracking is backward or point in time.

**What do you dislike about BERA?**

Nothing really. The biggest challenge we sometimes have is to teach people the methodology and how that ties into business outcomes. The KPIs are not always as straightforward as brand awareness, etc. that some stakeholders have come to expect in brand health tracking.

**What problems is BERA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BERA allows us to see where OnTech falls in the minds of consumers relative to other smart home products and services. The OnTech team relies on BERA to understand its place in the market as well as which attributes it should be leaning into. For Boost Mobile, we've used BERA to understand the brands' perception against other wireless providers, but also among different segments of consumers. Historically, Boost and other prepaid providers have targeted a younger, lower household income demographic. BERA allowed us to see how consumers more up market see the brand. Lastly, Boost was considering partnering with NASCAR. We used BERA to see how those brands overlap and if it would be a good fit.

**What do you like best about BERA?**

I use the Love Curve feature almost every day. There are so many features within the BERA platform, and they just came out with a new interface that looks extremely good, and I'm excited to dive into it.

**What do you dislike about BERA?**

I would love it if the export function didn't just give you an excel file of the raw data but also provided the graphs, charts, etc., that we find helpful when pitching clients. It's a small thing, but everyone loves the visualization and being able to export that and not have to recreate the charts myself would save me a ton of time. Additionally, sometimes they don't have the brand I'm looking for.

**What problems is BERA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BERA helps us tell the story of how brands are perceived among specific population subsets. We then take that to clients and pair it with our own data. Essentially, BERA helps us "close the loop."

**What do you like best about BERA?**

BERA's platform is intuitive and highly visual, which helps clients better understand the insights they're receiving. The insights are unique clients are eager to understand all the ways in which we can provide insights for their strategic planning and activation.

**What do you dislike about BERA?**

Rather than raw data exports, I would like the visual elements to be exportable. Currently, we take screenshots of the Love Curve, Engagement Segment Sizes, etc. and I would prefer a cleaner way for the visual dashboard to be added to slides.

**What problems is BERA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BERA allows us to set the stage for how consumers feel about a brand and the competitive set. It's an extremely useful tool to move conversations from initial stages to a more specific strategy approach.

Difficult to derive the brand funnel using existing BERA data - explaining derived emotions, funnel metrics harder for brand health tracking and reputation work than what is ideal for current reporting needs

More customer success support and explanations into how to leverage the data to get what is needed
