
I like the team a lot because they help us onboard so fast. The speed of execution and the speed of getting the chatbot is impressive. It's very simple to set up; you just give them a set of documentation and use cases, and they can set it up. The ability to create custom widgets is a deal breaker for us. They can create small widgets inside the chat window that perform custom actions for the user, like a one-click file upload or chat creation. The onboarding journey and onboarding speed were incredible, especially when we had a big client demo coming up, and they managed to configure all needed functionalities swiftly. They have a great onboarding team that manages things very fast. I also appreciate their ability to create small, small widgets and provide a robust search part. Their architecture includes different agents for different use cases, preventing data flow issues, and they have very generous usage limits, which help us a lot. In their dashboard right now, there isn’t functionality to set up different types of rate limits or usage limits. Our system is multi-tenant, so multiple clients and their users are going to use it, and we wanted to apply rate limits on a per-client basis. They’re building this feature, but it isn’t available yet. It’s slightly less effective for us in terms of control, even though it’s a bit of a blessing in disguise because it can lead to more usage.
