What do you like best about Beacon.li?

Beacon has been one of our best partners in building a support bot for us. It was great working with the team, and the features they came up with were very useful. We were able to automate 70% of our support tickets through an AI-powered bot. They also deliver features live based on the client’s requirements, which made the process smooth and practical for our needs. Overall, it’s a good product, and I’d love to recommend it to others. "Effortless Onboarding with Simple UI"
What do you like best about Beacon.li?

I think I like the simplicity of the Beacon.li platform. It's pretty simple, and I think any layman can use it. One important feature is the agent feature, where you have multiple agents answering questions about different modules in the platform. You can schedule queries, get charts, save them, and share them with others. I find these features quite valuable. What do you dislike about Beacon.li?

The prompting can be improved for better performance of an agent. Introducing a voice agent and performing configuration in the auto-pilot mode can be the next big thing that'll help us save a lot of time as well as clicks. What do you like best about Beacon.li?

I like how Beacon.li helps us with implementation automation, particularly the configuration part, which significantly reduces the time spent and allows us to onboard clients faster with a lower error rate. Their response time and collaboration are also things I appreciate. The Multi Agent Orchestrator and LLM evals are valuable features for us. Not much to add at the moment. If anything, I’d like to see a better job done on the Beacon Dashboard side so it’s easier to understand things like the Agent configuration and related details. What do you like best about Beacon.li?

What I like best about Beacon is not only the product, but the people behind it. As an intern who was allocated as the resource person for Phase 2 implementations, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Beacon team, and the level of support I received was truly exceptional.

The availability and responsiveness of the Project Manager and the Development Engineer is something I deeply appreciate. In many projects, responses can take days, but with the Beacon team I often received help within less than an hour. This made the implementation process much smoother and helped me learn quickly.

I also received excellent training from the Beacon team's Dev Engineer, and it was one of the most valuable learning experiences during my internship. Whenever clarification was needed while implementing, the team patiently explained concepts and ensured that every question was addressed.

From a product perspective, Beacon is well designed, responsive, and cleanly implemented. The workflows are clear, and the system structure allows implementers to work with the platform efficiently.

What makes Beacon truly special is the combination of a strong product and an incredibly supportive team. The professionalism, technical expertise, and willingness to help create a very positive implementation experience. Even as an intern, I always felt respected and supported, and that meant a lot to me 🫡.

Overall, I have a very strong and positive impression of Beacon, both as a product and as a team. I would absolutely recommend Beacon to other colleagues because there is a lot to learn from the platform and from the people behind it ❤️. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One area that could be improved is the consistency of certain tools and responses. At times, some tools may not work properly on the first attempt and require multiple tries before producing the expected result. This can occasionally affect efficiency during use.

Additionally, there are instances where responses are not fully consistent, which may create some uncertainty when relying on the output for specific tasks. What do you like best about Beacon.li?

I find Beacon.li an invaluable tool for reducing onboarding time by 75% thanks to automation of manual processes. I really appreciate its AI reporting and dashboard capability that lets users create dynamic dashboards with a single prompt and save them as needed. As an ERP, frequent requests for reports on student data and faculty attendance are easily met with Beacon's AI agent, which retrieves these data points and presents them visually. The supportive Beacon team has been great with the initial setup, helping us define use cases and build agents, and they're now preparing us to be self-sufficient in creating agents.
