AI, automation, organization, operation, and I can do my job better and achieve company goals.. soo I dont have any complain about it so all is good no issues at all

The Team at Bandalier helped us reactivate our outbound sales efforts and supported the development of our sales function with strategy, guidance, and resources to stand up our sales team as we were experiencing significant organic growth.  Working with the Bandalier team helped us identify our ICPs, and develop the best approach to identify and engage with our markets.

**What do you like best about Bandalier?**

In addition to supporting our staffing needs, the team at Bandalier was constantly seeking and driving improvement. The Bandalier team was instrumental in keeping our SDRs effective and experimenting with new ideas.  I was continuously impressed at how quickly the team could adapt, test new methodologies, and put them into practice.

**What do you dislike about Bandalier?**

There really isn't much to fault with Bandalier-  onboarding took us some time, but that was 100% due to our bandwidth and infrastructure issues.  The Bandalier team did an incredible job adapting and responding to our challenges, and made a huge effort to make sure we moved as quickly as possible.

**What problems is Bandalier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building and staffing our sales infrastructure.

Bandalier provided us with an outstanding tier 1 customer support rep.

**What do you like best about Bandalier?**

Reduced onboarding time and cost for new employees.  Low commitment upfront with the ability to seamlessly turn the employee into an FTE if they are a fit.

**What do you dislike about Bandalier?**

There is nothing I have disliked so far with this engagement.

**Recommendations to others considering Bandalier:**

Great company to work with.  They have built a good program and their customer service is top-notch.

Quickly staffing CS support in a start-up.

They provided full time and part time SDRs, data targeting services, outreach tech stack, sales operations and SDR management services.

**What do you like best about Bandalier?**

Allowed us to quickly ramp up a complete outbound team and program, without me hiring FTEs, middle managers and buying a bunch of tech and data.

**What do you dislike about Bandalier?**

The data sourcing for our targets was accurate but results were not great until we supplied a strategic target list.

Quickly generating leads for our sales people.

**Describe the project or task Bandalier helped with:**

We engaged Bandalier to manage the top of our sales funnel to increase the quality and quantity of sales meetings for our internal sales team.  Our initial goal was to generate enough new business to generate a 2x ROI, and we exceeded that so we increased our agreement to focus on targeting key prospects, and one week into the new focus we have seen excellent results!!

**What do you like best about Bandalier?**

The most beneficial things about working with Bandalier is their flexibility to custom tailor a solution based on your industry while aligning it with their proven funnel management process.  The level of service and communication across their entire organization is amazing.  Bandalier also provides great tools for visibility in the process and interaction with prospects.  They are open to collaborating and working alongside our internal team members.  The SDR assigned to us has been absolutely amazing and has routinely gone above and beyond. 

**What do you dislike about Bandalier?**

In the spirit of constructive feedback, the one component about Bandalier that we could have improved was the feedback loop during the calibration process.  In the first month, the SDR and my team were working calibrating the verbiage, objection responses, hand-offs to be as effective as possible, however, the process could have been better structured.  I will also mention that you get what you put in, so the better data/information you provide and the more resources you allow Bandalier to deploy for you, the better the results will be. 

**Recommendations to others considering Bandalier:**

If you are considering making your sales cycle and sales funnel process more efficient and effective, use Bandalier.  Trust their process and management team.   Get very detailed in what you hope to achieve, what prospect demographics will be targeted, how the SDR should communicate your value proposition, how the SDR should manage any objections, and clearly outline the most effective hand-off procedure.  Also, understand that with any new system/process there is a natural calibration process.  Focus on working to improve the process during the first 1-2 months, not judging the results.  

**What problems is Bandalier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we are solving is decreasing the time spent on the sorting process at the top of the sales funnel.  We prefer our internal sales people to spend their time in sales meetings, working through proposals and contracts, and building relationships with our customers.  Any time spent navigating the initial prospecting process takes away from that and decrease the value to our customers and our company.  We are saving time and money and increasing the quality and quantity of our sales meetings, and realizing a significant ROI.

My company is a VC backed tech startup and we hired 2 Bandalier SDRs to help us set-up qualified calls for our account executives. Additionally, Bandalier helped us to collect data on our customers, and to figure out ways we could optimize our sales pipeline. 

**What do you like best about Bandalier?**

Bandalier was incredibly easy to work with and they always were available to chat with us when needed. Also, they had custom periscope dashboards that gave us details and analysis on how their reps were performing, and we were able to set up a slack channel with their team so we could easily communicate.

**What do you dislike about Bandalier?**

Overall, there wasn't anything that I disliked about working with Bandalier. Jeremy, the CEO, is great, and was always receptive to any feedback we had while working with him.

The training they provide develops their employees to become the best-in-class sales team and will help your tech startup compete effectively with other companies in the same category / niche. Current clients who have already outsourced their inside sales to Bandalier have already generated more revenue, profits, value for investors, and at an acceleration scale.

Bandalier is the Usain Bolt of inside sales for startup companies

Those who do not use Bandalier will find themselves languishing at the bottom while others jump frog them.
