## About BAG•Tower
BAG•Tower is a web-based incident management tool. Users may access to incident reporting, equipment monitoring, and data tracking. Also they may manage teams, access authorization restrictions, form groups, decode errors, and do much more with its assistance. With BAG-Tower, you can create alerts and incidents and assign each one to the category you want. You can also integrate BAG-Tower to your ecosystem using our APIs and webhooks.

**What do you like best about BAG•Tower?**

It is a simple and intuitive tool, you do not need much technical knowledge to configure your asset, and you will be kept informed about any issue.
For more advanced users, the decoder function is excellent: it allows us to make updates without having to access the physical asset, for instance; it is also possible to add additional information (from an external source, for example)

**What do you dislike about BAG•Tower?**

I feel that the issue management still needs to be improved; I know the tool is under development, and I look forward to testing the new features.

**What problems is BAG•Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BAG-Tower allows us to concentrate on what matters to our business while still being confident about the proper functioning of our assets. BAG-Tower also provides a way to analyze how well the assets are doing and helps to make decisions regarding those assets.
