**What do you like best about B2Gnow?**

Being able to have one login and for it to feed to multiple entities that require this program for compliance.

**What do you dislike about B2Gnow?**

Nothing really, just need to let new people using the system to make sure they sign up for the live training.  The training team is amazing!  Also, have more than one LIVE training per month.  New employees sometimes are very intimidated by learning new programs that the City requires, and when you say "compliance" people tend to get very nervous.  
**I want to note here that everyone I have worked with have been amazing and very helpful, both with the city side, lcptracker, b2gnow, -EVERYONE -THANK YOU.

Compliance audits, contracts, subs, etc

**What do you like best about B2Gnow?**

I utilized B2GNOW in integrating data between Oracle Fusion and B2GNOW software. I liked the capabilities it provides for vendor management, profile updates, and carrying out the vendor's due diligence with various other 3rd party systems about their minority-related certifications and validations.

**What do you dislike about B2Gnow?**

B2GNOW can work on setting up an interface where suppliers can also update their information on their own and later B2GNOW can approve it based on validations done. Approval Workflows can be incorporated and continuous vendor evaluations from time to time can also be thought upon.

**What problems is B2Gnow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a complete database entailing supplier information at once from basic profiles to addresses, sites, valid contact details, various certifications of minority, tas information, etc. It helps streamline the flow of data from one system to another due to easy and relevant column mappings. Easy to use, flexible and scalable.
