"Review for Azure Virtual Machine"
4/5
What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

The most liked features of Azure virtual machines are its wide variety of VM types, which lets you choose the most specific configuration for running your workload and their integration with the Azure Ecosystem makes them an excellent choice for running workloads on the cloud. One can also leverage the Azure hybrid benefit which allows you to bring your existing Windows or SQL server to Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

Azure VMs have limited support for open source tools and technologies compared to other competitors. Some other factors that also comes into picture are the complex pricing and some overhead when the VMs are running at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

What I like best about Microsoft Azure is its robust scalability, extensive range of services, and strong security measures. The ability to quickly scale resources and the comprehensive suite of cloud services allows my organization to meet our evolving business needs efficiently. The advanced security features provide peace of mind in safeguarding our data and applications. Overall, Azure's flexibility, and certain advanced features within Azure require a higher level of technical expertise to configure and manage effectively. As someone with limited knowledge in those areas, I have faced difficulties utilizing these features to their full potential. the wide array of services and commitment to security make it an exceptional choice for our cloud computing requirements Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

certain advanced features within Azure require a higher level of technical expertise to configure and manage effectively. As someone with limited knowledge in those areas, I have faced difficulties utilizing these features to their full potential. I have encountered occasional performance issues and service disruptions, which have caused minor disruptions to our operations. However, it's worth noting that Microsoft actively addresses these concerns and improves Azure's overall reliability. Despite these challenges, Azure still provides a robust and feature-rich cloud platform that meets many of our organization's needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great experience if you need detailed customisation of your hosting needs!"
4/5
What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

I used my subscription mostly for its virtual machines. The best feature I enjoyed was how everthing was so scalable. I could literally choose any location, any additional resource I required and could see every peny/expense that was about to be incured. As compared to other providers in the same league, I found azure to be the most usee friendly as it does not overcomplicate things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

The thing I disliked the most was unavailablity of certain virtual machine instances temporarily. Azure should aquire more resources to cater this situation. Sometimes finding network settings for a particular vm becomes annoying, please make such things available on the main stats screen to make them a click away! "Product review for Microsoft Azure"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

I like the flexibility and scalability of Microsoft Azure. The platform offers a wide range of services and tools for developers to build and deploy applications, and it has a global network of datacenters that support high availability and data residency requirements. Additionally, Azure's integration with data and AI technologies can help organizations unlock insights from their data and drive business growth. I also love the fact that the support team is super helpful, I had a lot of issues in the beginning but the support team was kind enough to go through all my issues and resolve them for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

I dislike that the pricing for some services can be difficult to understand and compare to other cloud providers, also the user experience is quite complex for a beginner as compared to other cloud providers but this doesn't mean it's bad, it's just that there are a lot of services that azure provides and it's tough to condense all of it in a single place. What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

The best part of the Azure Virtual Machine is you no need to take tension for provisioning your hardware and maintaing the network connectivity. You just need t take care of your application/code which you are running on the VMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

I don't like the UI of launching the VMs as it is not so much user friendly. You need to be careful while launching the VMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Azure - Predictable Unpredictability"
4/5
What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

Azure isn't just cloud servers but more cloud services. Enabling Modern Authentification and AD sync to a cloud-based Active Directory is a powerful tool. If you know what you are doing and how billing works Azure Cloud virtual machines can be fully utilized to bring a robust solution to access anywhere terminal services or file shares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

Billibles are highly unpredictable even when you use the calculator. Usage is harder to predict and perhaps its a matter of experience. However we've found with enviroments utilized by 100 users on a cloud server its night on impossible to 100% tell a client what their bill may be even using historical predictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
