"Scalable and Reliable Cloud Virtual Machines"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

What I like best about Azure Virtual Machines is the flexibility and scalability it offers. It’s easy to quickly spin up VMs with different configurations based on workload needs, and it integrates seamlessly with other Azure services like Azure Networking, Storage, and Backup. The reliability, security features, and global availability of data centers make it suitable for both development and production workloads. Additionally, the pay-as-you-go pricing model helps optimize costs while maintaining performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

What I dislike about Azure Virtual Machines is that connecting to the VM—especially through the Azure portal—can sometimes take longer than expected. Initial startup times, RDP/SSH connection delays, and occasional networking or authentication latency can slow down workflows. Troubleshooting connection issues is not always straightforward and may require navigating multiple Azure services, which can be time-consuming for users who need quick access. What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

The best thing about Azure VM is that it provides a fully manageable customized environment. It supports all type of OS and has a built-in security feature of Azure defender and Azure AD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

The demerits of Azure VM is it's Autoscaling feature, is slower and more complex than other alternatives. Also, backups and recovery is not automatically provided with VMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Azure Review!"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

I like these things about Azure the most :-

1.It Feels Like Home for Windows Users. If you’ve grown up with Windows, Office, or Active Directory, Azure feels like a natural extension of that ecosystem.

2.Unlike some cloud providers that push you to go "all-in," Azure understands that many businesses can’t (or don’t want to) abandon their on-prem servers overnight.

3.Even though it’s a Microsoft product, Azure plays nice with Linux, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and even competitors like Oracle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

Basic support is lacking. Unless you pay for Premier/Enterprise, expect slow responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

Simplified InfraStructure, Businesses of all sizes rely on Azure, includes more than 1,800 models Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

Speed can be an issue for some businesses, Because opening a cloud account is a fairly simple process today, an empowered individual with spending responsibilities could approve a Microsoft Azure account without the business or ownership approving of the action in the first place. Although 90% of Fortune 500 companies are using Azure, it may not be the right value offering for every business, especially some startups or new SMBs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifying Cloud Infrastructure for Modern Apps"
4/5
What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

The best thing about azure virtual machine is On-Demand Resource Allocation and cost efficiency. It provides Pay-as-You-Go Model and provide reserved virtual instances which can be cost efficient. Also it is available globally so it makes it easy to scale in other locations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

The downside of using azure is performance variability. It provides shared infrastructue and limited i/o throughput which makes it difficult to be use for comple i/o systems. Also manual scaling is also difficult in it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Azure - Cloud Hosting Review"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

I love the flexibility of options with Microsoft Azure, you can select when you want your server on running and save money when it isn't needed and have it off. I love this and the ease of use with each server/VDI you are using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

When you need a lot of bandwidth and storage with growing websites and large images etc, this can cause a spike in expenses. Things like web servers are best not to use this infrastruture. Outside of this I love just about everything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Of the best in the market."
4/5
What do you like best about Azure Virtual Machines?

Azure Virtual Machines like any other cloud provider works the same, nothing really diffrentiator in terms of cababilities as such, features are the same as other, on feature that I do feel is not availble any where else is the resolution seletion for the VM that is something unique and usfully in few cases.

It is easy to use , easy to create multiplpe VMs with a single commmand and easy to manage. Customer Support is top notvh issues gets resolved with 24 hrs.

Other than the it just comes down to what other things azure has to offer. Ingeration is the biggest issue for Azure as this point in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Virtual Machines?

nothing wrong the Virtual Machines in general but to use azure as you complete solution fot cloud faces a big issue, as AWS offereing so many services with the Virtual machine and to change that is a big challange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
