Furthermore it is connectable with different other apps via Zapier. It is built in Hamburg, Germany and they have a very smart support team, which needs about 10 minutes to reply to any question by chat. **What do you dislike about awork?** Least helpful is the need to set the own customer as an user to collaborate with him in awork, although at half the costs for the client. An absolute dislike is the main design of the app in purple and light blue colors. The arrangement of buttons appears unstructured, non-hierarchical and random. There's only the possibility to switche the main design to dark mode, but you have no further adaptions. It would be desirable to be able to adapt the appearance of the app to the team's own corporate design. Last but not least, any virtual subdomain name is assigned for the workspace, which is more reminiscent of a fairytale land, but hardly of your own business. You can customize this if you buy the Enterprise variant. I feel like priority tags are missing. The web interface consumes a high battery sometimes. It is a great way to collaborate in project teams and especially team leads or project managers to keep track of ongoing processes. **What do you dislike about awork?** By the time being (March 2020) the dashboard could have some feature upgrades. I am not necessarily the biggest fan of note pages being added. I'd rather have a note "app" / function integrated into the tool. **Recommendations to others considering awork:** I would recommend trying out the 14-day free trial. Awork is not a complicated tool. Learning to interact with it correctly should be possible within the first 30-60mins **What problems is awork solving and how is that benefiting you?** Awork being capable of integrating task lists, Gantt charts and kanban boards as mentioned earlier into one single tool reduces the amount of IT and collaboration tool landscapes you would normally need to achieve the same results (e.g. other Project Management Tools like Asana and Trello). Sometimes one would struggle keeping track with the high number of tools being used at the same time.
