The automated charts created in the reports needs some colour which could make it more beautiful, attractive and less dull.

Most helpful is the completeness of the settings, so you have project and task management, collaboration tool, timeline planner and diffetent integrations of apps like Slack, MS Teams, lexoffice, Google Calendar. Furthermore it is connectable with different other apps via Zapier. It is built in Hamburg, Germany and they have a very smart support team, which needs about 10 minutes to reply to any question by chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Least helpful is the need to set the own customer as an user to collaborate with him in awork, although at half the costs for the client. An absolute dislike is the main design of the app in purple and light blue colors. The arrangement of buttons appears unstructured, non-hierarchical and random. There's only the possibility to switche the main design to dark mode, but you have no further adaptions. It would be desirable to be able to adapt the appearance of the app to the team's own corporate design. Last but not least, any virtual subdomain name is assigned for the workspace, which is more reminiscent of a fairytale land, but hardly of your own business. awork should upgrade in its software. the interface could be better. Sometimes is a bit confusing to handle the software.the text editor of this software gets bugs many times. There is a way to log your time spent on tasks. You can view the monthly, weekly and daily view of hours. You can assign tasks to yourself, your team members, make projects and change tasks statuses Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the stack view of tasks gets difficult to read if the time spent on it was 10 mins, you have to click edit in order to check the time and title for it. A better kanban view is needed on tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Awork greatly organizes projects and tasks and has great integration of time tracking. We can organize customers and assign them projects which is not available in other software. It is difficult to find the right place to add more time to a task. We are not able to tag other users. I feel like priority tags are missing. The web interface consumes a high battery sometimes. Not much, to be honest. As usual, most of the problems we had at the beginning were related to the way we use awork or, in other words, our processes that have not clearly been defined. But also here awork helps you with a lot of automation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
