The integration is nice for bringing over the skills testing results and the Adobe products for the applicants signing the onboarding documents. Quick & Easy. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** When it lags. When onboarding documents don't download. I dislike all of the load timer errors error 404 and 504 time out as this happens frequently for us. I would like all of this to be resolved in the coming year. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** This software does have lots of good integrations relating to criminal background checks with Asurint and also skills testing with IBM Kenexa. There are many other opportunities and vendors such as Calling related software that may be helpful to you. I am sure it would be very helpful to your company. It is called Call Em All, which makes several phone calls at a time and also where you can do mass texting. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are working on the lagtime. When onboarding documents don't download. We are also learning how to better organize our database as a team which may cause less uneeded stress in the workplace working in staffing and recruiting. ### 2. The integration and partnerships provided are perfect for our company and needs of our customers. I like the simplicity in adding new employees to our system and the ability to configure the system to best suit each individual based on what there job is within the company. I like teaching my staff any new information we find with avi and the help center. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** Down time, lagging, and load errors. They can cause a lot of unwanted frustrations on a regular basis. I would like to see more knowledgeable support staff and hear more about updated and training provided to them to better assist customers. I dislike the major increase in cost per user as i do not see the increase in total value of the software at this point. Though we would like to stick with it and see that happens i just hope we can get there in a timely manner. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** Learn the software completely before sharing it will be more useful for everyone. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** it has simplified the organization of our applicant and customers information and giving us more time to focus on client relations and successful sourcing of our employees. I also have had great correspondence with their personal & caring staff. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** The ever shifting UI can sometimes create training headaches and it's also hard to generate printed reports from it. Sometimes very basic requests take a long time to process. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** Compas is a company that hires people that really care about the value you are getting from the product. They are not pushy salespeople but those that have experience in recruiting themselves oftentimes and try to creatively come up with solutions to help you succeed.Their wonderful software being the face of Avionte is a great pairing. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickly sorting through a massive database of clients. It syncs with most other applications that we use. It serves the recruiters on the ground as well as the back office folks and does a lot on the account management side too. Many hitches after updates are resolved quickly, and I like the "feature request" function to ask for features that the development team hasn't added as native features already. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** It is often slow or pages have to be reloaded multiple times to load all widgets. The associated Chrome extension works only sometimes, and often resets while it's working, forcing users to start parsing a candidate again. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was a lateral move from our former software on the recruiting side, but on the CRM side and the back office/metrics side it has been a huge increase in quality of life. ### 6. The ability to quickly roll out job boards and take applications and integrate with online job boards. We can onboard prospects and cut down the need for paper which saves us a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** I would love it if there were a more fluid connection between the Aero version and the Core App. However I do realize that the release of Avionte BOLD addressed that concern if you are ready to upgrade. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** Do your research and test with your ERP . We use Dynamics GP and our accounting department is not crazy about the GL exports from Avionte but we have managed to make them work and get the info we need . **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem we are solving is faster on-boarding . We need a constant stream of people and the job market is competitive. With Avionte's on-boarding tools we can get prospects in our system faster and at greater convenience to them as well as us. ### 7. Take your time, Getting it done fast isn't always best. If you don't understand how something works ask questions, the team is always willing to help. Take advantage of the training and make sure that your trainers are up to speed. Texting applicants and emailing them work well. Getting around the core is very nice and seems to work well. Filling out the required forms works very well under the web base, it is fast and easy. Logging messages under each employee is nice with all the different options. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** There seems to be lots of problems and down time with the web base. Also seeking applicants on the web base seems to be very difficult you basically have to put there full name in unlike the core software. You cant ever use like their last 4 of there social security number. It seems to be difficult to get around the web base. When an applicant was already in the system and came back after a year and wants to fill out a another application it never takes him or her back to the beginning of the application. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** The core software works really well but the web base seems to have issues and seems to be done often. Switching from the core and the web base is not very user friendly and would be nice if it was all in one. Searching for applicant under the web is very difficult and pretty much have to use there full name and not phone number out Social security number. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software works well for the applicants to fill out a application when it is up and running. The forms are easy to fill out and makes it very fast to complete an application after the applicant filled it out. Also attaching the applicants to assignments is much easier. ### 10. The mass update feature in time entry. I like how easy it is to add special deductions like for tools and overpayments. Correcting invoices is easy if the employee had hours on time entry. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** When using the core app and having to sign into the web based to see W-4s and other documents. I don't like how you can't pull a report for worker's comp. I should be able to run a report to see which current employees are which worker's comp codes but Avionte doesn't have one. It may be a report that you have to request or pay for, but I'm not sure. I dislike that fact that you can't add an employee to an invoice if they were missed. You have to create a whole new invoice if a customer missed sending hours for someone originally. It would be nice to be able to just add an employee to an existing invoice to correct it. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** To take your time to learn everything. Once you understand it, it's like 2nd nature. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was difficult to undo a deposit but I figured it out. I end up exporting almost all the reports to excel to delete info because some reports have way too much information. Specifically the new sales workflow has a solid foundation, and the demonstration made is quick to understand. For new users - I highly recommend making the journey to Avionte Connect at least once. It's great to see new features to come, but it's even better to interact with those who work at Avionte and have your questions answered directly, face-to-face. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** Empty promises - Specifically with the "BI tool". It's not a true business intelligence platform, but they are trying to sell it like it is. I was highly disappointed with the platform, and even more disappointed with the company for misleading people and treating BI as a buzzword. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** We aren't utilizing the tool to our full advantage, but the new sales platform is definitely something we want to implement, and we truly believe it will help us grow our business. ### 12. I have been using Avionte for 6 years and I feel like it is very user friendly for myself in HR and for back office. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** It is frustrating that the paperwork for our employees is not mobile friendly through the core app and to send the mobile friendly ppw, you have to work in Aero and the Core App. It is frustrating that Avionte doesn't have an open API and it has been over 4 months since we began trying to use EmployStream with Avionte and they are still having issues integrating. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** Front office is lacking in the core app, but back office is very complex and great. The reports and custom reports are amazing! **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** Avionte admin tools allow us to customize a lot. We have been able to move our Recruiter's call logs to the Core App by creating message types and a custom AQ. ### 13. It houses all of the information needed for our clients and field professionals, and is easy to obtain. It does pretty much everything you could want to help a company run smoothly. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** Sometimes it can be slow. Also, when billing for a client, if the original invoice only has hours worked then you can't make a correction to add travel or per diem after it has been posted unless you export to excel, or create a totally separate invoice with the travel or/and per diem. That is something that should be fixed. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** Just get it!! You won't regret it! **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** I process payroll and billing in Avionte and love how it's a one step process of entering the numbers in payroll and an invoice generating from those numbers. It makes the process much faster and the ability to have E-Documents has cut our time for orientations in half. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** With Avionte Classic you still must use Avionte Aero because Aero doesn't support back office work. However, Avionte Bold is on the path of being a one-stop shop. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** I highly recommend Avionte to anyone considering an All-in-one solution's company. The staff is wonderful and very helpful through any issue or process that you encounter. They are an ever-improving company that caters to the staffing organizations of any size and is always willing to help provide a solution to your needs. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** With mapping of our orientation documents we are reducing data entry errors, which is saving us so much time along with all of the integrations that is also a huge benefit. ### 15. The process of gaining custom developed functionality can be difficult due to the lack of better requirements gathering techniques. The process of gathering requirements is totally free form through dialog in a ticketing system. This works well for very minor enhancements. I do wish their reporting capabilities was more intuitive but it can also be that we are using a self-hosted, non-upgrade version. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easier to handle our compliance requirements and to make sure we send out the correct EEs to the correct clients based on requirements and DRMs firing off ### 17. I also love that when an application is filled out, they can do it online and it loads up their information into avionte. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** I dislike that avionte has a million and one different places to put the exact same thing. I feel like its alittle over complicated than it really needs to be. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are solving the issue where the system is able to keep up with how uch it is used and doesnt crash as much as the previous system we used. Being able to keep track of our available applicants is also very helpful when we need a position filled. Last month they solved this issue by releasing a fully updated and integrated solution. Some features aren't as user friendly but our Account Manager has helped us work through any issue we have had. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** We only use the Front Office of Avionte but I have been told the Back Office has helped many companies cut down on time spent on payroll and invoicing.
