Tabs are available to detail everything about the candidate. Favorites lists, resume parser, a powerful search feature, and a massive set of built-in reports. Best part, imo, is the integrated calendar. I love simultaneously creating a calendar event and linking it into a note for a candidate/employee. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** The Avionte Classic platform is extremely non-intuitive. Out of our whole company I know the most about using this software, and I still have to look up how to complete some tasks or change some features. The Admin Tools section is incredibly powerful, but poorly documented and the tools themselves are poorly named. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** Start with Aero or Bold - the Classic-only solution will require a steep learning curve. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the Candidates feature to great effect, both in building pools of eligible candidates for clients, and in reviewing applicants who have chosen specific jobs that interest them. I also very much value the integrated calendar. My co-workers can see what I have scheduled, and add people for me. We connect calendar events with the associated employees/candidates, so that everything is tracked very closely. ### 2. Our firm utilizes both the CRM and ATS sides of the platform and have even been able to integrate their job boards with our website. The software has allowed us to do everything from open job orders to pipeline candidates to even marketing our jobs. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** There are no big downsides to utilizing Avionté! As they continue to implement new features and integration partners, I am finding the platform more and more useful every day. We anticipated that there would be some disruption to the quality of service when Avionté purchased our previous provider Compas, but the service only got better! **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** If you are even considering Avionté, make the jump! **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the issue of tracking and maintaining relationships with our large database of applicants and clients. We wanted to be able to reach a large audience, while still being able to maintain a personal touch. Avionté has helped with this by providing a place for us to store those personal details about each client that allow us to add that personal touch. All items of payroll flow together to make paying talent extremely easy. Things that used to take multiple steps, now take only one - integrations between systems both internal and external make it simple to stay in one program all day and not jump to multiple programs to complete payroll **What do you dislike about Avionté?** In three years of using the program, I have not come upon anything I truly dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** The onboarding was a lot of work, easy, but could have been easier if our old software had been maintained properly. Account manager / implementation managers were AMAZING! **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the three years, we have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in finding things we DON'T have to do any longer - do not have to print everything. Ease of paying out deduction authority items - separates by agency, company, people - however you choose to set up. Being able to send invoices with a click of one button, attach time cards to the invoices - no more print as pdf, save to desk-top set up new email, attach files - this is all done with one or two clicks of the mouse. Being able to use the employee to upload tasks for the employees to complete, W2 information, check stubs. Since we transitioned over from another software "change" can be difficult, but with Avionte it was easy! All of the functions that I use in Avionte are much easier than our previous software as well, the steps are shorter and cuts my time spent on a task in half! I also like how we can connect the LinkedIn profiles to the candidate profile. You can also add multiple locations under one main profile and that helps when we have one main location with multiple locations. You can also import resumes easily! The set up process for new companies is great. The information is saved when opening jobs also making placements fast and efficient! The process of updated jobs is also great. You can go to the specific manager to see which jobs they have previously had or currently have. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** One thing I would change would be the quick search. You are unable to use a quick search with a phone number or email. This is very useful when a person is calling and you would like to quickly look up who they are so you know who we are talking to. Another thing that would be nice is to be able to submit a candidate without needing the address in the system. Some resumes do not have an address and when they get imported you can not submit this person to the client without it. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** This software is easy to use, everything is right at your finger tips! You can navigate through easily and inputting information takes no more than a couple minutes! Once you send some time with the system its like you have been using it for years. The trainers for this new system were also great. They made sure to make themselves available when we needed some additional training on specific topics! The transition from another software was smooth. All of our information transferred over nicely as well. The recruiting tools are great as well. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** The amount of time it takes to get something completed is a huge benefit for me! When entering a placement, less info is needed because of the way the jobs are already in the system. When you set up a company it asks for information that is required for placements. That saves for every job you open making placements easier and faster! There's a high skill ceiling to learning the ins and outs of navigating its functionality. However, their new BOLD platform is much more user friendly, so this issue will likely be irrelevant for most users. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** Avionte is a strong contender if you're in the market for an ATS. In addition to that Avionte is always looking to make their product better. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** Avionte Classic, which is what we currently use, is not a SaaS application so accessing it from mobile devices/tablets, chromebooks, macs, etc is an awkward user experience. Avionte Classic also only has a very bare bones API. Avionte BOLD is both a SaaS application and has a more robust API....we are working on switching once we identify how our core processes will work within Avionte BOLD. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** We continue to leverage the reporting and error handling customizations within Classic to standardize our process. It helps get new employee's up to speed quicker as the system won't let them make mistakes. Some other bullet points below. -Their onboarding integration has helped us stay compliant with I9's without the burden of manual audits. The system won't allow an employee to be placed without a Valid I9/EVerify on file -The WOTC integration has helped us get many more credits -Staying up to date with all the compliance aspects at both a federal and local level can be daunting. You can create multiple different tear sheets to use at future dates once new similar jobs open and just change the area. This search will then refresh and you will find new candidates. The access to using quick looks on Career builder and Linked in have been great as well. You can do a quick search and it will grab multiple names for you to look at from candidates that are active on both sites. Being able to post to multiple sites is great. With just one job you can post to 5 different sites and I imagine they will expand that as well once time goes on. You get great responses and can refresh those posts whenever you would like if you need to change them. Being able to post roles to multiple platforms at once has been great. Very convenient and easy. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** One of the few things I dislike is that you cannot look up numbers just by typing them in the search field. You have to go to talent then search then the number. It would be easier to type the number into the quick search just like you type the names in quick search. Having to have a full address to nominate an applicant is also a little annoying. Sometimes candidates do not want to share the full address. I wish we could get alerst for when someone applies to a job in our emails, not just on the avionte platform. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease of use with mass actions is fantastic. Being able to email multiple candidates at once and text multiple at once have returned great results from the internal data base. Importing resumes is way easier than it was with Max hire. you just take the pdf and can import the resume over. Sometimes the name does not come over correctly or the format but that is to be expected with how the candidate created the resume. It is nice to be able to see all aplicants under a job that have been submitted to the role and be able to quickly decline or accept them. ### 24. Wish it was easier to tab through things. Also, BOLD tends to freeze from time to time like it cannot handle the amount of data in the system; however, it should be built for that. Because there are so many drop-down or selection options for potential searches, it actually makes it more time consuming, rather than a time saver. I know some categories are predetermined internally, but no all the categories make sense or apply to our healthcare applicants for example. So the search possibilities then are reduced. So the mobility is a definite plus! I also like that fact that it pulls positions that a candidate may fit and the like candidate option is pretty nice also. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** The search options can be cumbersome so there is a learning curve. It does get better with time. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** I would definitely give it a try! It has helped make my job much easier **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software has been helpful to identify opportunities for candidates quickly. I have seen operations where the integrations aren't available and there is quite a lot of wasted time. **What do you dislike about Avionté?** My over all complaint would be on the size of the font. Most people that have had a complaint on Avionte has been about the font and not being able to adjust it. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** If youre looking for a great program that will allow you to quickly onboard, manage and recruit new employees this is a great program. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our ability to onboard and get our employees dispatched is greatly reduced with the proper usage of Avionte. It has decreased the time spent with data processing and increased time spent recruiting. ### 49. I would like to be able to leave notes that are the first thing you see when you pull up a candidate to indicate to the team points of interest that will help everyone. Things like DO NOT contact this person until March2021 or Very Difficult candidate etc. **Recommendations to others considering Avionté:** Great system!! I would definitely do a deep dive and find out all the uses for this product to get the most out of it. **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started using the timesheets for our contractors that don't track hours at the company where they are assigned. The ease of use and ability to quickly and easily pipeline, nominate, onboard and start employees is fantastic. The video ability has also been a life saver during COVID **What problems is Avionté solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problems we solver are staffing problems. However, Avionte has allowed us to truly create a workflow that is easy to use and understand.
