**What do you like best about AvidTrak?**

AvidTrak is offering some great tools and features for unifying and tracking calls and duration of call. Collecting and gathering identification of the caller.
Is wonderful marketing and attending customers for amny business quiries.
MAnages to recieve calls on the busy lines too. Its even flexible to merge or forward the incoming call to from busy line to free reciever.
Provides detailed and greaty analytical report for calls, in mentioned the details of the invoices and customers details.

**What do you dislike about AvidTrak?**

It was difficult in managing and using the account on the mobile devices. Not made for mobile phones.

**What problems is AvidTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is being helping us to creat and track the calss and the invoices for every order. As every call is being tracked and recorded. It gets helpful for us to unify important any time from the call records.

**What do you like best about AvidTrak?**

The ability to track who called us, when they called a certain number.  Track phone calls back to all your marketing and advertisement channels: Search, Social, Display and Print using AvidTrak supplied numbers and tracking software.  Call Recording, Greeting, Whisper, Voicemail and IVR.   They have Analytics, API & Platform Integrations; Reports on Call Conversions into Adwords and Google Analytics.
Deliver Call Conversions into Marin Software, IMPAQT bid management platforms.
Use our powerful and versatile API for customized proprietary reports.

**What do you dislike about AvidTrak?**

The inability to manage the account with a mobile application.

**Recommendations to others considering AvidTrak:**

This is very simple and easy to use.  No brainer here.

**What problems is AvidTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business had the ability to track all different kinds of businesses, their locations, phone call, duration, calls recorded on availability.  This gave our business the AI analysis of the spectrum of customer types.

Works with ease, little training needed.

There isn't anything about this software that I dislike!

Able to track and pay invoices from vendors. Vendors have access to email invoices to a email address that uploads the invoice info into the system.

Have used AvidTrak for a year.... very easy to use, and functional. Big improvement over former product we used.

Really, nothing to compalin about. It's very functional.

Great automation.
