What do you like best about Avenu?

aiAvenu—especially its AI conversational interviewer, Eva—has been a game changer for us. We first filter candidates using Avenu’s chatbot screening tool, and then Eva’s interview link is automatically sent to all qualifying candidates, which gives us deeper insights into each candidate. As a result, our HR team can spend their time on final interviews and onboarding new hires instead of getting bogged down earlier in the process. What do you dislike about Avenu?

It takes a bit of learning to master how to form chatbot screening questions, especially if you want to create more complex second- and third-level branching questions.
