**What do you like best about Avenu?**

Avenu has been a game changer for our hiring and onboarding. It saves a ton of time by making it easier to sort through applicants and quickly identify the best candidates. The system integrates well with our existing workflow, so everything from posting a job to onboarding a new hire runs smoothly. Their customer support is also outstanding, they’re always quick to help whenever we have questions.

**What do you dislike about Avenu?**

There’s always a learning curve with new software, but the Avenu team does a great job providing training and support to get up to speed quickly.

**What problems is Avenu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avenu has taken a lot of the hassle out of hiring. It automates the tedious parts of the process, like job postings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews, which helps us move faster and make better decisions. The system ensures we’re spending time on the right candidates, making the whole process more efficient.

**What do you like best about Avenu?**

aiAvenu—especially its AI conversational interviewer, Eva—has been a game changer for us. We first filter candidates using Avenu’s chatbot screening tool, and then Eva’s interview link is automatically sent to all qualifying candidates, which gives us deeper insights into each candidate. As a result, our HR team can spend their time on final interviews and onboarding new hires instead of getting bogged down earlier in the process. Overall, we’re saving a lot of time that used to be wasted during recruitment.

**What do you dislike about Avenu?**

It takes a bit of learning to master how to form chatbot screening questions, especially if you want to create more complex second- and third-level branching questions. That said, it includes an AI tool to help you build screening questions, so you can pick it up and learn fairly easily.

**What problems is Avenu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

aiAvenu solves one of the biggest bottlenecks in hiring — the time and effort required to screen and qualify candidates. By automating pre-screening and deploying Eva, our real-time AI interviewer, to evaluate responses and resumes, the platform dramatically reduces the time spent on manual review. For our clients, that translates to meaningful time savings and, frankly, a more consistent and effective screening process than manual review alone can deliver. When you weigh the efficiency gains against the cost, the value proposition is clear.

**What do you like best about Avenu?**

I use Avenu for getting and reviewing candidates I'd like to hire, and it really helps with the little things that usually eat up my time, allowing me to focus on the good candidates. I love Eva, the AI interview feature, as it lets me watch 'in-person' interviews without worrying about candidates not showing up. Eva conducts interviews on the candidates' schedule, asking about 80% of the questions I would usually ask, and alerts me when candidates don't take it, which probably means they would've ghosted the interview. The initial setup of Avenu was super easy—just contacted a rep and had our account within a week. I also have a background check vendor connected, which makes it simple to request background and MVR reports directly from Avenu. I switched from TalentReef to Avenu because TalentReef wasn't user-friendly and had poor customer service, while I heard Avenu has amazing customer service.

**What do you dislike about Avenu?**

I wish I could embed actual videos into my career page instead of having to use a link.

**What problems is Avenu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Avenu to get and review candidates efficiently, saving time by focusing on good candidates. Eva, the AI interview, automatically interviews candidates, asking 80% of my usual questions, and is scheduled at their convenience. It helps me identify candidates who might ghost interviews.

**What do you like best about Avenu?**

I really appreciate how user-friendly and easy to navigate Avenu is. It saves me so much time, especially when prescreening applicants before I even review their resumes, and allows me to send them a link to schedule their interviews easily. The system's ease of use is a significant improvement over the last two systems we used, which were complicated and made it hard to find things after hiring an applicant. Avenu's user-friendliness is incredibly valuable to me as I oversee two franchises in different states. I also love the amazing customer service from Coral Lopez, who made our transition so smooth by walking us through everything. Plus, Avenu integrates seamlessly with our new hire link, uploading information into our payroll system, which is a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Avenu?**

It would be nice to view employee documents without having to download them to my computer.

**What problems is Avenu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avenu prescreens applicants and helps schedule interviews, saving me so much time. It's user-friendly, easy to navigate, and integrates with our payroll system, which is valuable since I manage franchises in different states.

I like how quick the turnaround time is with Avenu's platform, and I also find it easy to work with. Avenu makes the process simple and smooth, saving time and making daily tasks much easier to manage. Everything flows well for my team and me. The initial setup was very smooth, and I appreciate that.

**What do you like best about Avenu?**

The ease of use of the site is amazing. It integrates with our own systems as well as the popular hiring platforms such as Indeed. This means that our candidates are prescreened BEFORE we even make contact, and we can ensure only the right candidates are interacted with and offered interviews or positions with us. This is all done with AI, and the results are terrific. It also makes our onboarding seamless with all documents being placed on the Avenu platform and sent to candidates directly. Hard to find fault if I'm honest. The tech support is second to none as EACH issue is taken care of, corrected, and discussed within an hour at most.

**What do you dislike about Avenu?**

There were minor issues when we started with Avenu that were all user errors, not system errors.

**What problems is Avenu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weeding out the poor candidates BEFORE we waste our time reviewing them. Ensuring all my onboarding paperwork is sent and completed by the candidates. This allows my staff to waste LESS time doing those tasks, making us more productive.
