I use Avenu for getting and reviewing candidates I'd like to hire, and it really helps with the little things that usually eat up my time, allowing me to focus on the good candidates. I love Eva, the AI interview feature, as it lets me watch 'in-person' interviews without worrying about candidates not showing up. Eva conducts interviews on the candidates' schedule, asking about 80% of the questions I would usually ask, and alerts me when candidates don't take it, which probably means they would've ghosted the interview. The initial setup of Avenu was super easy—just contacted a rep and had our account within a week. I also have a background check vendor connected, which makes it simple to request background and MVR reports directly from Avenu.
