"Fantastic Implementation Support, Still Adjusting to the Property Tax Platform"

What do you like best about Avalara?

Avatax! I’m not currently using at my company but I did at my last place I worked. We implemented avalara property tax this year and while we’re new still our implementation consultant Elainewas fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avalara?

"Reliable Tax Compliance with Great Support but Needs Better Reporting Flexibility"

What do you like best about Avalara?

I like that Avalara is reliable. The good thing is that customer support is of a high standard, and the technical staff are knowledgeable. I think it's the relative simplicity in terms of navigating the website. Avalara tries to make tax rules more user-friendly, which helped us streamline our sales tax reconciliations. What do you dislike about Avalara?

Reporting - I would appreciate a bit more flexibility in terms of generating them. I'd like to be able to enable or disable specific columns from the set reports - at the moment I need to use Excel to do it after report generation which is a bit inconvenient.
