&lt;p&gt;I think the breaking point for non-coders is less about drawing the initial mapping and more about diagnosing it when real data violates the happy path. Null values, unexpected formats, duplicate records, and schema changes can turn a visual flow into something surprisingly technical. I’d test whether a business user can understand exactly why a record failed and fix the mapping without handing it to an integration specialist.&lt;/p&gt;
