What do you like best about Avalara?

What do you dislike about Avalara?

I had a real problem trying to get CA back filing completed. The process took extremely long and we had a firm state deadline. Trying to get to the correct person was almost impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Avalara easy to use, fast, and self-sufficient. Its automation of tax calculations helps make sure our business stays compliant across various tax codes, which is a big deal for us. Dealing with complex, multi-jurisdictional scenarios can be difficult for Avalara's AI. Sometimes it struggles with stacking multiple credits or understanding when incentives conflict with each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Peace of Mind with Accurate Tax Calculations and On-Time Filings"

What do you like best about Avalara?

Avalara manages all of our exemptions and calculates tax on our products, so we don’t have to worry about whether we’re calculating tax correctly.
