Like I'm sure many people do, I found myself answering repeated questions from different prospective customers over and over again. Questions about our SDLC, our security posture, data recovery etc. AutoRFP builds a knowledge base and reduces the job down to reviewing answers that are based on our knowledge library. I like a lot features about AutoRFP. It's easy to understand and use out of the box. Spending 15 mins with the tools give you a strong foundation and you can begin gworking right away so speed to value is there. Feature wise, I really like the trust and feedback scoring. I don't like how you cannot upload addition source documents beyond past RFP responses. For an organization growing fast, your solutions and value props quickly change so basing generated responses on older RFPs is somewhat limiting and creates more work to showcase the content that will get you to the sale. We had old tools that were more like content libraries but given the costs, we dropped them and worked via excel for 2 which was PAINFUL. AutoRFP is light years of improvement over that process and solves endless problems such as coordinating response and reviews across multiple users, overall status tracking and reminders etc. basic functionality. Beyond that, I love how you can set question types, search through questions and sections easily withthe filtering capability and then being able to quickly piece together a response from multiple other response and the apply AI to adjust the tone or rewite alltogether. Another minor but helpful feature is character count. Many of our RFPs have character limits and AutoRFP is great at helping make streamlining responses and staying within limits automatically.
