Early on it flagged a lot of questions in our drafts for review, as our library was quite out of date and had more inconsistencies than we realised. This meant that we had to chase SMEs and properly work through the library for the first few weeks before we could generate really good responses. Luckily the AutoRFP team were super helpful and made sure to help us to get it sorted during the onboarding process. So expect a ramp up period if your content is patchy. As an engineer, I get called into RFPs mostly via our dedicated bid response team to review the responses for technical accuracy. AutoRFP.ai has come out with an AI citations feature recently that I find insanely good to make reviewing the AI & team responses a lot easier, works like a charm. I used AutoRFP.ai weekly, and it's an absolute life-saver. I get dragged into a lot of security questionnaires, as we sell into Healthcare businesses. I love how it takes a dirty Excel and magically converts it highly accurate answers. Pre-AutoRFP. the RFP process was so so so painful. AutoRFP.ai has dramatically reduced the time our team spends responding to RFPs, due-diligence questionnaires, and security assessments. The AI is fast, accurate, and reliably pulls from our approved library of past responses. Where we'd historically spend hours filling out monotonous questionnaires on repeat, but we can now comfortably meet any deadlines for these questionnaires and focus on the more important work of getting our product in front of prospects.
