AutoRFP.ai has dramatically reduced the time our team spends responding to RFPs, due-diligence questionnaires, and security assessments. The AI is fast, accurate, and reliably pulls from our approved library of past responses. Where we'd historically spend hours filling out monotonous questionnaires on repeat, but we can now comfortably meet any deadlines for these questionnaires and focus on the more important work of getting our product in front of prospects.

The use of AI to parse through the zillion questions in our database and find the closest match saves so much time. When it can't find a good match it leaves the response blank and provides some close options. Then when I cobble something together from 5 different sources it tunes it up and makes it sane with a click of the mouse. Three RFPs in, one with 500 questions, and I'm really happy with it. I've been using the platform as the primary admin for over a year. I honestly don't have any complaints. It's been a huge time saver for our organization. Our RFP process was highly manual, with no response library and team members having to painstakingly answer questions for each new RFP—a tedious and time-consuming task. Collaboration was challenging as we relied on Excel or Word documents to assign questions, which only added to the complexity.

AutoRFP.ai completely transformed this workflow by automatically filling out about 90% of the first draft using responses from previous RFPs, allowing us to jump much further into the process. This lets us focus on fine-tuning and personalizing answers instead of spending excessive time on initial drafts.

It has also eased organizational challenges around the RFP process and extended its value by enabling us to streamline award submissions and security questionnaires using the same seamless workflow.

The only negative aspect of AutoRFP is since they are still a newer company, some of the upload processes don't work as well with complex questions. We are new to AutoRFP but so far we are really enjoying it and can see the value it will bring our company. Setting up new projects and working through them is so much easier and controlled than working from spreadsheet versions prior. Assigning tasks, adding comments, attaching documentation to each question has been so helpful - I am looking forward to wrapping up our first project.

The support from Tom our Technical Account Manager has also been fantastic - I was struggling with my first project creation and he was ahead of me - proactively reaching out to see if he could assist and ultimately setting up a session with me that day to assist and ensure I was able to use the tool to facilitate my work - and I am so grateful for his help - it has saved so much time. This really is a brilliant time-saving tool. It's very clever, and the range of answer types, criteria and scenarios it handles is impressive, as well as highly configurable, by RFP.

The initial setup was very easy, and using the platform is straight-forward. The more you use it, the better it gets, as the AI learns from prior responses, and you can choose which past RFP's it bases its knowledge on. Assigning answers for review by colleagues is a great feature too.

There isn't really a downside to the platform. Sometimes answers can be a little repetitive, however that is probably more down to the nature of the questions and criteria. The AI features ACTUALLY save my time. We've piloted other RFP tools and loaded previous RFPs and all our product documentation and the tools would hallucinate constantly. I spent more time fixing the answers than it would take to write them myself.

I like that the system shows you the exact documentation it used to get the answer. It also replaces customer names from other RFPs and puts in the current RFP customer's name. I cannot recommend this tool enough for PreSales. I absolutely love it - we have integrated it into slack for other members of the company to ask questions instead of the presales team. AutoRFP solves the "blank page" problem. It's much easier to edit an existing answer than write it from scratch, especially when I SWEAR I answered the same question two weeks ago in the last RFP but can't quite remember what I said or where to find it. The auto-generated answers are as good as I could expect from AI trained on our previous RFPs.

AutoRFP is distinguished from legacy solutions that make you managed the Q&A pairs directly. Instead, AutoRFP uses context clues like recency to understand how well a previous answer applies to a new question, removing the overhead of intensive library management. For a small company such as ourselves, AutoRFP only takes work off our plates, doesn't add any.

We were also excited to realize that the same Q&A pairs driving RFPs can also support other less formal channels like customer support and partnerships. Instead of answering each incoming question from scratch, our internal teams can forward those questions to AutoRFP, tweak the result, and be out the door in record time.

Some of the UI is a little janky, and the import process can be slightly confusing for the most complex RFPs. But the UI issues have never blocked us, and any import challenges are at worst a small one-time tax that quickly falls to the wayside once the project is ready and we're working in it. AutoRFP has assisted our commercial operations in many ways:

- Team members are able to complete complex security questionnaires much faster (between 5x and 10x faster depending on the person's existing knowledge and experience)

- The overall quality of questionnaire responses has improved as everyone has access to the same AI Model which has been custom-trained on our specific business documentation

- Admins can update the business documentation/content in the AI Model when needed, e.g. as certification dates change
