AutoRFP.ai Pricing Overview

We are new to AutoRFP but so far we are really enjoying it and can see the value it will bring our company. Setting up new projects and working through them is so much easier and controlled than working from spreadsheet versions prior. Assigning tasks, adding comments, attaching documentation to each question has been so helpful - I am looking forward to wrapping up our first project.

The support from Tom our Technical Account Manager has also been fantastic - I was struggling with my first project creation and he was ahead of me - proactively reaching out to see if he could assist and ultimately setting up a session with me that day to assist and ensure I was able to use the tool to facilitate my work - and I am so grateful for his help - it has saved so much time. Our RFP process was highly manual, with no response library and team members having to painstakingly answer questions for each new RFP—a tedious and time-consuming task. Collaboration was challenging as we relied on Excel or Word documents to assign questions, which only added to the complexity.

AutoRFP.ai completely transformed this workflow by automatically filling out about 90% of the first draft using responses from previous RFPs, allowing us to jump much further into the process. This lets us focus on fine-tuning and personalizing answers instead of spending excessive time on initial drafts.

It has also eased organizational challenges around the RFP process and extended its value by enabling us to streamline award submissions and security questionnaires using the same seamless workflow.

The only negative aspect of AutoRFP is since they are still a newer company, some of the upload processes don't work as well with complex questions. This has improved a lot over the past year of us using the platform, but occasionally run into issues still. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
