First of all, I found that Authenteq could be easily integrated into my already existing onboarding processes. Its integration was pretty simple and within few days I was able to connect it to capture the customer identity information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The functionality of uploading the document is not very fluent and does not look modern. It insists that customers should scan and upload single documents at a time which inconveniences customers who are identifying themselves from mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
