**What do you like best about Authenteq?**

First of all, I found that Authenteq could be easily integrated into my already existing onboarding processes. Its integration was pretty simple and within few days I was able to connect it to capture the customer identity information.

**What do you dislike about Authenteq?**

The functionality of uploading the document is not very fluent and does not look modern. It insists that customers should scan and upload single documents at a time which inconveniences customers who are identifying themselves from mobile devices.

**What problems is Authenteq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Authenteq is making the process of on boarding the customers easier. The job is largely done for me and my team, which is a benefit since the work is time-consuming.

The verification process in Authenteq is quite simple and can also be done through various ways to suit my clients.

**What do you dislike about Authenteq?**

The upload of documents in the Authenteq seems to be a slightly cumbersome affair. Submitting many papers such as copies of IDs and utility bills are often inconvenient.

**What problems is Authenteq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of Authenteq, I have hit the ground running as far as customer onboarding is concerned but especially concerning identity checks. This relieves my team from handling numerous matters and we are able to dedicate our time in developing new clients.
