Ease of setup stands tall. **What do you dislike about AuthControl Sentry Multi-Factor Authentication?** Pricing can be on the lower side but we cannot get a quality service with less price. I would love to see if they give us some discounts during the renewal. **What problems is AuthControl Sentry Multi-Factor Authentication solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unlike other MFA tools in the market, sentry gives us the leverage to have fun with integrating it with unimaginable apps that are not supported by many of its competitors. We have a biometric system and with Microsoft the integration was next to impossible. It was way too complicated and any issues with the setup would take a long time to recover. ### 2. It is functional but there are a lot of issues **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Matthew M. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2019 **What do you like best about AuthControl Sentry Multi-Factor Authentication?** It looks pretty for end users and if you are not using it in a manner where users directly authenticate through Swivel, then I would rate it overall a 7. **What do you dislike about AuthControl Sentry Multi-Factor Authentication?** Swivel's sole purpose is to authenticate users, yet they seem to have failed to test password characters. If a user's password has characters '&' or '<' authentication will fail and the user gets a message 'invalid user'. In fact, the user will get an error message 'invalid user' for any issue, to include if there password is expired. This has resulted in an administrative nightmare. If your organization has a password expiration policy, it is not really practical to use Swivel as your SSO SAML IdP. The administrative panel is severely lacking. The panel that lets you search through logs is technically there, but almost worthless for practical troubleshooting. **Recommendations to others considering AuthControl Sentry Multi-Factor Authentication:** If you intend to use Swivel in a way where users authenticate through Swivel directly, such as a SAML IdP, I would look else where, it is not practical to use in this setup for the enterprise. **What problems is AuthControl Sentry Multi-Factor Authentication solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a two factor authentication solution that provided multiple means of two-factor and ways to integrate with other systems, such as SAML.
