The trouble-free IVR configurations make it easy to set up and customize the system to meet specific business needs. The upsides can be :

The integration with Pipedrive and NetSuite is helping us to increase our run rate.

**What do you like best about Augutech.io?**

It is very easy to use and very convenient. It can handle multiple calls at a time which means a lot for a telecommunication business. It can work. We can listen recorded call as well.

**What do you dislike about Augutech.io?**

Sometimes it got stuck and hangs for a while. It is expensive when we compare it with similar competitors. While we are working on a higher data it takes much time to process.

**What problems is Augutech.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Augutech provides customer call-waiting solutions. It saves much money and man power to provides answers over call.

**What do you like best about Augutech.io?**

Our sales representatives may choose which customers they wish to work with thanks to the program instead of pleading with potential customers to do business with them. Our sales department can choose from the low-hanging fruit by reaching hundreds of people per day instead of having to "beat up" every caller. Our sales representatives are available to speak with potential customers interested in our goods and services. Otherwise, the dialer looks for someone who is. Furthermore, it is a fully cloud-based solution without local hardware or specialized Internet connections.

**What do you dislike about Augutech.io?**

Sometimes, when moving computers, I have to reset my softphone. Additionally, it can be difficult to get through the voicemail maze when calling a customer service representative. There are periodic server failures.

**What problems is Augutech.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business had experimented with several dialers to discover the best fit, with most falling short of our expectations. We gave Augutech a try a few weeks ago, and they not only met but were even above our expectations. The dialer service is excellent, tech support is always helpful and readily available, and my person has been quite kind and polite.

Just Need to Use More to Know the Gliteched if anything When Handling Large Number of Operations So then only We Can Able to Disclose the Negative Feedback about it

Large Operation Handling Activity With Error and Trouble Shooting  Will the Problem from our Side Which this SO eliminates that We are happy about the Requirement

Augutech gives us seamless experience while we are dialling calls on leads and we can easily fetch and listen our recorded calls also.

Overall is good. Sometimes it got stuck for a while.

**What do you like best about Augutech.io?**

The overall reach Augutech allows a broker is amazing!  This allows me to be more selective on who I want to do business with instead of hours of cold calling to find the right fit.  This takes out the guesswork.

**What do you dislike about Augutech.io?**

Switching devices or computers can have a negative effect and delay your work.  I noticed if I had to switch from my laptop to desktop it would cause the software to reboot and sometimes crash.

**Recommendations to others considering Augutech.io:**

Need some solid support at first but well worth the intergration headaches

**What problems is Augutech.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think the biggest problem Augutech allows me to solve is the streamlined process of cold calls.  This allows me to "cut the fat" in my calls and allows for more quality than quantity.

**What do you like best about Augutech.io?**

I think the product is relatively easy to use and train new users on. It is our first choice when it comes to outbound dialing. I love that it is cloud-based and any issues we have had have been addressed quickly and appropriately by their customer service team. I also like that they offer a free trial prior to purchase.

**What do you dislike about Augutech.io?**

I do not like that it is so expensive. I do not like that it only integrates with Nextiva. I do not like that the training is an online training instead of in-person.

**Recommendations to others considering Augutech.io:**

They're very responsive if you send in support requests. I recommend reaching out to them sooner or later if you are having issues/catch a glitch.

**What problems is Augutech.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Augutech for all our outbound calling needs. This has saved us time, money, and effort in the long run. It is more intuitive than others we have used, so we have saved on training costs as well.

The holding of huge number of calls big challenge for us which got solved. The user for feature are helping our executives along.

The overall configuration of the system took a lot of time for us. The cost of the product can be minimized a bit. The installation guide is handy

We can save lots of cost and time. The integration with existing systems is effortless. Our productivity got increased by 50 percent.

Very basic design, call history can not be copied or print.
