**What do you like best about Audara?**

What I like most about Audara is that it makes everything much easier. I love that it brings all the channels together in one place and uses artificial intelligence to help us work better. It doesn't feel like a simple call system, but like a modern tool that truly enhances the operation and customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Audara?**

Audara has a very strong proposal (especially in omnichannel and AI), but it could improve:

Price transparency
Availability of technical documentation
Practical cases
Access to interactive demonstrations

**What problems is Audara solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Audara solves problems of disorder, slowness, low visibility, lack of integration, and manual processes. This translates into more productivity, better service, lower operational load, and data-driven decisions.
